I go in & ask for a certain juice from ruthless & they say "you must've not came here in a while they don't carry that" Then they proceed to tell me how I should try another brand. I say "no thanks I like ruthless & I stick to them. So I ask for another name. They don't have it. Another one, nope. So then I just get a juice to get out of there because all the while they keep pushing a diff brand on me. They talked to me like I was stupid & were too pushy. Won't be coming there again.

As much as I absolutely hate leaving a negative review for any business I feel that I have no…read morechoice after my experience today. I recently turned 21 about a month ago and decided to go and attempt to purchase THC products legally with my ID on hand. upon entering the smoke shop we were not greeted, which is fine and when I went up to the woman working at the register and asked her if they had any cartridges or THC products available because I could not see them she said something I could not understand and then proceeded to point at my phone in my pocket and made comments about how it was cracked. This was fine and when I tried to redirect the conversation, she proceeded to tell me yes we do have carts in a very short tone and when I asked her well, how much are they? Where are they? She proceeded to tell me they were $55 cash and she would not sell them to me any other way. I'm assuming that she said this to me because she assumed I was under age but She never once asked to see my ID And didn't offer help with anything else. During this whole interaction, I watched two other customers go up to the register and purchase items with no issue and they did not use cash. I ended up leaving the store, feeling very disregarded and disrespected and uncomfortable with the interaction. Nothing I was doing was illegal, and everything was assumption based Which is completely unfair and very unprofessional when it comes to having a business. Also, I must add that once I decided to leave the store no words were said to me by the woman working the register, and the conversation was ended abruptly after feeling disrespected. I will definitely not ever be bringing my business to the store and will not recommend it to any of my other friends who use THC products or smoke. Take your business elsewhere to people who will treat you well.
