My wife and I came here because the have a great deal for people who are the mature age of 55 and older. This year I turned to that double nickel which made me qualify for their 55 and up plan. The process switching over from Verizon went as smooth as a babies booty!. There was also an incentive that gave us a $400 rebate that they said would take about 8 weeks to receive. Well they have taken two payments of auto pay out my account and I have yet to receive this offer. Another thing, once all the paper work was finished I realized they attached my wife's information to the account and she's not the one who turned 55 last year. But they corrected that on my last trip inside the store. They also gave me the number to contact the customer service about the rebates. As of right now I am still waiting to get results!.

I was immediately told that they were not "Tech support" and I was directed to the Apple store. Anyone who knows about that, it is a day long ordeal. Frustrated, I went to your Shore Dr location and was warmly greeted by Josh K. He quickly identified the problem as being my screen protector's edge was slightly blocking the camera. I removed the cover and presto! Josh did a fantastic job, and refrained from the "it's not my job" mentality that unfortunately exists. He quickly identified and fixed my issue, pleasantly and epideictically. I was a General Manager for decades with Circuit City and Best Buy, among others. AT&T should be glad that I am no longer, because I would have tried to recruit Josh on the spot. Once my contract runs out with "V", I will be returning to check out your packages. Please pass this on the Josh's Store and District Managers so that he may get the recognition that he deserves. Thanks again for such a wise hiring decision!

We came in close to closing time expecting to replace one phone and ended up leaving with four upgraded phones and two Apple Watches. Ms. Kendall N. was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She explained every option clearly, helped transfer our data, and made sure everyone in our family was comfortable using their new devices before we walked out. The biggest surprise was when Jonny came back after leaving for the evening just to help make everything run smoothly. That kind of dedication says a lot about the team at this store. We're not even local, but if we ever need Verizon service again, we'll make the trip back because of Kendall and Jonny. Five stars all the way!

But the store helps me get the best Verizon plan regarding of where I purchase my phone. Jeff, who no longer is based at this location, is amazing. He has really been good to help my friends, family & our former business by determining the best plan for their needs. I had been holding onto a grandfathered plan for many years & thought it could get no better. He found a plan for Seniors who purchased phones on their own that was better, even including cellular for my iPad & Apple Watch. Recently I bought a new iPad on line through the Apple Store. I knew how to set it up. The only task I had never performed was removing the SIM Card from my old iPad & inserting it into the new. Since the SIM Card lays, rather than snaps into the tray, it was hard to keep it in the tray & get it to snap in. I got in my car & immediately went to this Verizon Store. One of the employees immediately snapped it in for me. They are really nice and helpful. The store is a standalone across Independence Boulevard from Haygood Shopping Center. There is ample parking & a curb cut on Independence so you can turn in coming from the north. No U turn required. The store is spacious, clean and is adequately staffed. I highly recommend it. But if one can determine what store Jeff now works at Remember......He's the best!!!
