I've been enjoying the T-Mobile Tuesday perks and when I go in, they are welcoming and attentive even if you're not coming in to buy the new iPhone. My recent visits have been quick and resolved correctly. I don't know if I want to recommend one cell phone carrier over another as they're all in it to win it. You can pay your bill here, purchase phones and accessories as well as become a new/returning customer if that floats your boat. Overall, as a customer, I was treated justly and would return if need be.

Got an email a month later that I would be charged for my old phone because I never turned it in. So I called the store and was told the manager, Christy, would call me back. She never did so I called again, and the assistant manager said she'd have the manager call me back. She never did. I called a third time and spoke with the assistant manager who said he found the phone in their system but didn't know where it was. He said his DISTRICT manager would take care of it, he never did. Took it to another repair shop and they said same thing about the connection and suggested to take it back for warranty repair bc it means the new screen wasnt installed properly. Finally got to talk to the guy and he just kept saying the phone HAD been dropped "it's the ONLY way that happens" and refused to acknowledge it was installed wrong.
