Ms. Kendall N. was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She explained every option clearly, helped transfer our data, and made sure everyone in our family was comfortable using their new devices before we walked out. The biggest surprise was when Jonny came back after leaving for the evening just to help make everything run smoothly. That kind of dedication says a lot about the team at this store. Samsung S5 ...the battery was losing life sporadically. I figured okay let me go ahead and take it into T Mobile with the intention of them replacing my current battery. But I found out, T-Mobile doesn't issue batteries anymore they recommend you go to a place that just specializes in batteries whether it's a Battery Plus or another shop. Oooooh K, what to do? I decided to get the Samsung S7 and I'm enjoying it so far. It's been maybe 2 weeks now since I've had the phone and everything's great about it. I decided to go ahead and keep my S5 phone and get the battery replaced at a later date. The customer service here was pleasant, not over the top or above and beyond, but I have no complaints. One of the manager's suggested some products...phone cases for my new phone starting at $10. This was a good price because normally cases can be astronomical when you go to into the store. I walked in maybe waited a couple minutes before someone was able to help me out and was out within within an hour they transferred everything from my current phone to my new phone.
