The clerk was knowledgeable about the products and stayed with me to assist. I was also surprised they had plenty of staff given the day. I had also purchased a blazer for my son just weeks before. Checkout was smooth and Brooks Brothers has the best gift boxes, they are beautiful. A hard copy receipt was placed in the bag. They tried to charge me additional shipping cost ($75) that was never discussed when I paid for the $3,000 dress. Then when I was trying to arrange the delivery, I left 3 unreturned voicemails before they texted me saying they were going to charge me a "storage fee" for not collecting the dress. I ordered online & went to pick my order up. You pick online orders in the Home department on the first floor. I wish there was an expedited line for pick ups, but I had to wait in a long line for my order. That was annoying. JCP isn't my favorite store, but they have lots of good deals. Look online for coupons before you order or go shopping in the Store. They wore masks and the floor was taped for social distancing. The customers didn't pay attention to that though. So, be sure to wear your masks to prevent getting their germs.
