When my pants arrived, I tried them all on as usual. All were fine other than one pair was noticeably longer than the rest. I found this to be odd, since I own roughly 20 pairs of dress pants in this size from JoS A Bank. I decided to bring them to the store at Laskin to exchange them thinking it was just an issue with this pair. I arrive at the store and walk the entire store noticing one staff member helping a gentleman and the other three just hanging out talking to each other. Finally after a few minutes of me looking through the pants, a gentlemen walks over and asks if I need help. I explained my situation and that for some reason this one pair of pants just fit longer than the other 3 that I ordered and I was looking to exchange them. Instead of agreeing and moving forward with my request he asked for the pants and proceeded to take them to a table and measure the inseam. He looked at me and asked me my size, I told him I was a 33x30 and that's what those were, but they don't fit like my other 23 pair of pants in the same size from here. He proceeded to ask me to look at him measuring the inseam and try to show me that they measured out at 30. I told him that's great, but these don't fit as I stated to you multiple times now. So at this point he calls a female coworker over and asks her to look at the measurement he made. He says "this measures 30, right"? Now you measure them and tell me what you get. At this point in at a loss for words. I'm just trying to exchange these for another pair. Now I have multiple employees trying to show me a measurement and tell me I'm wrong and all I want to do is exchange these pants. At this point the female associate looks at me and tells me to go try them on. I told her I just want to exchange them for another pair at this point. She says "try them on and we can alter them". I told her I just want to exchange them and don't want to pay to have them altered. Her next comment blew my mind. She looked at me and said "oh, because you don't want to spend the money"? I responded with "that's correct", I own more than 20 pair of these pants and haven't had to alter any of them. At this point I'm beyond irritated and just returned the pants without and exchange or replacement. This will be the last time I shoo at this place and highly recommend anyone else from doing so. Buy online! It's easier than the headache of the associates at the Laskin Road store. It's worth paying shipping to not deal with condescending employees. I'll be sure and pass the word on to all my employees as well, to steer clear of this location.

It's so big it has several roads and stoplights in an out and is split into Hilltop North, West, South, etc. Due to the road construction and the access roads, I suggest you enter and exit at stoplights to save yourself the road rage. There is plenty of parking and it's an easy park and walk shopping center. You can come here and spend hours and hours shopping. There are restaurants for snacks and meals while you shop like Baker's Crust, Fruitive, Taste, etc. and there are places for grab and go items too like Fresh Market or a coffee from Roast Rider. For more upscale there is Blue Fin and Butcher's Son and Melting Pot. My favorite furniture store is here after moving out of the huge spot they held at Town Center a few years ago, Ethan Allan, as well as a few more speciality home decor places like Kitchen Barn. There are tons and tons of salons and spa and nail places as well as an optometrist, tailors, and men's and women's specialty clothing stores like Bridal, etc. There are a bunch of places to shop for gifts and home decor including a Hallmark store and a few locally owned shops, my faves are Be Jeweled and Wild Birds Unlimited (not just for bird stuff trust me). There are also some specialty fitness places like a newer Cycle Bar I saw last time I was there, as well as Trek bicycle shop and a Great Outdoor Provision Co store and the only Athleta store in VAB I think. There are also several banks (like 5!) and a CVS and Rite Aid so you can get some prescriptions and drop off deposits (or get more money) while you're here! When I called and spoke to a manager she was very sweet and apologetic. She said she would see if there was some kind of refund she could give me. She mentioned refund before I even asked about it. I never heard back from her. When I returned the suit the day after the dance, I asked for said manager but she wasn't working that day. I told the woman whom I was returning the suit to, about all the issues and said that manager had mentioned a refund of sorts. The woman cut me off and said i wouldn't get a refund because it's an external company they get the suits rentals from....I never heard back from the manager again. The 1 star rating is for the lack of customer service and support for the suit rental. Look, sometimes people mess up and make mistakes BUT it's up to the company to make it right and Phillip Michael's didn't do that. DO NOT RENT A SUIT FROM THEM. There is no accountability for order issues and in the end, you will regret wasting your money.

She placed the order in October, and it arrived in January, which was expected, given the time required to make and ship the item. The total cost was over $500, but she felt comfortable buying online because my hat size is well-established, given that I've been wearing cowboy hats for 25 years now. Additionally, Pungo Ridge advertizes a return policy that they claim allows you to return an item if you're not satisfied with it. So she didn't see any issue in placing this order through this vendor. When we received the hat in early January, we immediately noticed that there were three major issues with it. First of all, the brim of the hat was creased in a really odd, almost clownish style that was nothing like what she had ordered. Second, the lining of the hat was installed haphazardly, so that it looked crooked and off-center. Totally unacceptable for such an expensive hat. And last but most importantly, the hat was at least one size too small for me to wear, a major discrepancy in sizing. So we reached out to Kelley at Pungo Ridge to see about either returning the hat or having it altered to the specifications that my wife had ordered. She was very accommodating at first, expressing concern and offering to help. After exchanging several messages, she said that the manufacturer would be contacting us in a few days with return instructions for the hat. We thanked her and waited to hear from the manufacturer's rep. Unfortunately, the hat's manufacturer never contacted us. After three weeks, my wife reached out to Kelley again to find out the status of our return, but her messages were ignored. My wife even called the store and received no reply to the voicemail she left. So after $500 spent and all the back and forth, we were left with a very expensive hat that I can't wear. The sad thing is that, even if the sizing were fixed, I don't really even want it, because the quality is a lot less than you'd expect from a $500 hat. So it's a total loss for us at this point. The bottom line is that my wife ordered a very expensive item from Pungo Ridge, and when it wasn't delivered as ordered, Pungo Ridge did not stand behind it with good customer service. That's the critical test for any retailer--what they do to help you when things go wrong with an order. In our experience, Pungo Ridge failed that test completely.
