Yesterday my phone was stolen, under the guidance of the police in Shelton I was told to immediately stop at T-Mobile so they could help me shut my phone down. I was greeted by the costumer service with hostility and contempt. Ignorant woman showed no empathy, she wasn't even the person "helping " me that was a man who sat there dead pan face like my presence was ruining his day! Do yourself a favor, drive to Danbury T-Mobile super kind and empathetic. These people need to work at DMV not T-Mobile. Worst humans read more

A woman with black hair who works there treated me and my sister like we were stupid. Extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Felt like talking to a high school bully. When I finally said something she got really quiet and we decided to leave due to her horrible demeanor. I would never go here again we drove to derby and had a lovely experience there. 10 mins up the highway to have a much better experience. Save your "precious" time. read more

I've been a T Mobile customer for 10+ years and and was looking to upgrade my phone to the newest I phone. One of my employees wanted to take over my old phone as it is a step up from his. A simple request. I called the Shelton T Mobile and explained exactly what I wrote above - it was a brief call as I explained what I wanted to do. Her simple response - "NO". I asked to explain, she responded again "NO". Great customer service - my company phones for all of my employees are now going to Verizon. Well done T Mobile. read more

I usually do not write reviews or answer any kind of surveys but I felt that I needed to for the T Mobile store in Shelton CT. My husband and I switched to T Mobile from another carrier as the other carrier was too expensive. The T Mobile person we dealt with is Melvin who is also the store manager. Melvin was awesome in getting us set up step by step and even assisted me in getting my phone transferred over the phone. Many times I do not like going to certain phone stores because of the personnel. Many times they do not seem interested or their friends come into the store and they are more busy talking to them. Because we dealt with Melvin this will be our go to store. Again Melvin was extremely helpful in getting us set up as well as multi tasking to help out his co workers. Melvin is extremely knowledgeable and will get your questions answered. Thank you Melvin for a great experience!!! Cheryl S read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! why you ask? let's see.. - not professional - don't care about their customers - turn you away when they don't want to deal with a problem - just don't know what they're doing in general (at least the crew we had to deal with) - waste your time!!!!! The fact that the other customer that was there and I both left and ended up at another T mobile location just speaks volume. Save your gas money, you'll thank me later! :) read more

I understand that one employee doesn't represent the whole company but exactly experience like this will affect our decision about switching to the different provider.

If I hadn't looked up local nurseries I never would've known they were there, it's definitely a pleasant surprise to find this adorable farm tucked away where I never would've guessed! My birthday passed recently and the only two things I told my family I wanted to do were get boba tea and go to the nursery. Golden Acres was my choice and I'm so glad it was. I was very impressed by the variety and amount of plants they had, there was tons to choose from! They have numerous greenhouses open at various times with seasonal veggies, perennials, annuals, etc. I love that they are organic and make a point to feature what they do and don't use. I am more of an ornamental gardener who only does a few edibles, but I still try to stay organic and it meant alot to me how transparent they were about their practices. The signs at each greenhouse with pricing and variety were extremely helpful and the way it was setup almost on a trail that you followed to each greenhouse (with various plants also set up outside) made it easy to look at everything without getting too turned around. All the plants looked very happy and healthy and I didn't see any visible pests while browsing. They were close to closing when we stopped by but they never rushed us or acted inconvenienced that we were still there. I ended up purchasing 2 6pk coleus starts - wizard mix and rainbow mix (with plans to return and purchase more plants once I had more time and money), and they were very reasonably priced, transplanted wonderfully and all 12 are thriving. I was extremely impressed by Golden Acres and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!
