All of a sudden a year ago, I began receiving bills from a company called Clear Line (I assume they bought Pioneer?), for phone service I had not signed up for, nor was I using. In fact, the I had not even owned the numbers they were billing for for many years. I have now sent 12 emails to customer service (I email every time a bill comes) with no response, and just completed my third call to customer service, again informing them I do not have an account with the company. They have acknowledged zero use on the lines, and also acknowledged that they were supposed to credit the amount, but "it was never authorized" - whatever that means. They have promised to credit the account in the next two days, but given past experience I am not optimistic. It appears from other reviews this is a common problem, and I don't know if the company is running a scam, or if they are just disorganized and very unprofessional. In any case, I would steer clear of them.

They spent a good amount of time w me explaining my options and continually searching their promos to get me the best deal. I left with my new tower, plugged it in when I got home and voila! I am receiving fantastic reception (didn't change my connection at all for TV or computer) and not held captive by Spectrum and their ever-changing promotions. $30 for internet - locked in for Life with Autopay - Netflix and Apple TV for free (another $20 savings) $85ish for phone - includes apple watch $73 for YTTV (separate purchase - may be looking for an alternative) No added taxes or fees! Total Savings after adding YTTV is still a little more than $80 a month and my internet is locked in for life. Store Manager: Devon Associates: Lacy, Autumn and Anna Maria All were just great. Patient, extremely knowledgeable and fun.

They have helped me add more laptops to my studio while still on a budget by building me a refurbished unit. More recently I had an error message come up on my laptop and before I clicked anything I called them up to tell them what the message said and how I should handle it. I was told I would have to bring the laptop in for them to work on. They were able to save the hard drive and I was already sent up for automatic backups with them so everything was safe. I did have to buy a new laptop with the help of the nerds on what I should be looking for. I then dropped the new laptop off with them and they got everything up and loaded on it for me with all my old "stuff" so I was ready to go. I highly recommend using them for any IT!

So he said I can get you down to $140 l said great I'll do it. I trusted him so l was curious to see my bill a few month later and it's more than I paid monthly with ATT! which is way over $200. Hmm is Tmobile or the person that set me up a fraud? If I knew I would have stick with ATT. I lost 663.23 because of activation fees and they only paid for 2 of my phone and not my watch. If I were to stay with ATT I could use that 600 to payoff my 3rd line and my bill would have been 140. Do not switch to Tmobile my advice is to stay with your current provider or find a not top big 3 provider like ATT, Tmobile or Verizon they're all rip off!!!!

I took my laptop here to be looked at after I dropped it and damaged it. They charged me $25 to…read morelook at it and said they would get back to me with how much the parts would be to fix it. I didn't hear from them for a week or so but then I got a call that it was fixed. This made me a little nervous as I never got a call with the expense estimates but when I went to pick it up they said they were able to fix it without any new parts and only charged me another $30 for the labor. They also removed some junk that was slowing my computer down that I didn't know was there and I am pretty sure they cleaned it as well as it seems to have a lot less crumbs in between they keys and the screen is amazingly fingerprint free!
