This store is not Verizon, but Cellular Sales, however, they represent as Verizon- I purchased a smart watch for my daughter. The price on the Verizon website for the smartwatch is listed at $99.99; I was charged $170 for the same watch. The salesperson at Cellular Sales stated there was a $100 fee to purchase the watch b/c Verizon prides itself in their 36month financing. At the time of purchase, I was charged the fees and not given a full receipt to review until after I paid, dumb on my part since that's when I saw the $170 amount that would be divided over the following 36 months...too bad for me. Customer Service at Cellular Sales stated that they can charge what they want since they are an authorized retailer and their prices don't need to reflect Verizon's listed prices. Great store, great staff, great experience. Spencer was awesome- never tried to "sell" me, instead asked questions to find out what I needed and wanted, made suggestions for an upgrade and change of plan that gave me everything I needed at a lower monthly cost, including a better device. I overheard various conversations with customers around me, some with issues that would not result in a sale but who were being treated with respect and getting possible solutions from the staff. I had the exact same experience as Nayla C. and John M.! They took my iPhone 6 and said I would get a $300 rebate towards my new phone and signed me up for the Beyond Unlimited Plan when I only wanted 2G. This all happened in May 2019 and I have yet to see any credit on my bill for the iPhone 6 or the wrong amount charged on my first bill for their mistake. I have visited, called and emailed repeatedly, each time assured it would be taken care of. I feel like they stole my iPhone, my trust and precious time trying to make them do what was promised! read more

When I needed a new phone I came in looking at a flagship LG model. An excellent sales guy named King helped me out. There was also someone sitting on a couch who was giving me suggestions... Not that I need it I actually do a mobile weblog, and I'm pretty familiar with technology. But this gentleman was pointing out that he got the last generation phone which he felt was 90% as good as the latest Flagship for hundreds of dollars less. When I was leaving I found out that wasn't just another phone nerd or customer it was actually the manager of the store. So I wanted to say something on Yelp. It's not very often that a Cellular store is not trying to push expensive things on to you. Especially when it comes to companies like T-Mobile if I could be so bold as to say so. This guy was really talking from his heart and I was surprised to see he was the manager and was actually trying to save me some money. I got the flagship latest and greatest anyway but you know what he was right last year's model was 90% as good as this year's. Try to find another store manager like that! I also never felt under pressure there. The guys are genuine enthusiasts and furthermore they had way more phones in stock than most Verizon retailers. Including at the time the latest Google pixel3 which I just come out the Verizon v40 which I just come out the Samsung Note 9 they even had the Asus AR which was kind of remarkable that they had that in stock. The promotion I am owed has still not been credited to my account 5 months later. Staff are nonresponsive. Even when Verizon Wireless got involved, Cellular sales lied and said they would finally apply the credit to my account. They never have. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE: they won't give you the promotions they promise, and Verizon Wireless won't be able to help you. read more

By far the worst experience in purchasing a phone! Complete frauds! They want to basically "pump and dump" you. Don't expect to have any customer service after they put you in a plan that they over inflate and lie about the features and go back on their word. My fiancé and I were ripped off and they have refused to be of any help. The sales staff is the poorest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Verizon should be ashamed of the people they have representing their brand and should pull their products from these scumbags. read more

We had Josh as the person who helped us, and honestly this was the best experience I've ever had walking into a store. Not only was he professional but he was patient and even offered to let my son play with a sanitized tablet while he helped us. We went in to just add a line for my sister and honestly I'm so glad we went in because Josh got us an amazing deal during a promotion for buy one get one free. So we ended up leaving the store with two new phones and my bill was still going to be what I was already used to paying for my line and my sister's old one on a different service. Not to mention there were cool gadgets that came with the promotion for free. And on top of everything else Josh was so incredibly patient with us and did everything he could to make sure all of our things were switched over properly. He even offered that my sister take her old phone with us just to be sure so she was worried and that we could bring it back in for the trade in value at any time. And he showed me a neat little Harry Potter trick to turn on my flashlight. All in all, I will be going to Josh for all my cell phone needs and sticking with Verizon for a very long time because of excellent customer service like this. read more
