They were amazing! Went there today 20 min before close and they fixed my phone in 10 minutes…read more Saved me a lot of frustration. They also put a screen protector on to avoid future cracks. Will certainly be going back if I need any more of their services.

UPDATE: I reported them to the better business bureau and they have not responded to me or them. ORIGINAL: I asked if they repair macbooks and specifically asked about data loss. I needed a simple battery and keyboard replacement. The laptop still worked and turned on and had been diagnosed at the apple store. They assured me there was no risk. They kept the laptop for weeks and never provided updates. I was having to call and ask what was going on. They were not able to repair it. When I picked it up they insisted on still charging me for parts and labor. When I got home and tried to turn it on the laptop was completely dead and now missing screws on the bottom. I called them and they said "oh yeah, during a repair the mother board can stop working". They killed the laptop. I took it back to Apple and they tried to figure out what was done but they were not able to bring it back. They also said Apple's ability to transfer any data to a new device was now lost as well. I've talked to other shops in Portland since this happened, and they've all said this shop isn't Apple certified and should have known better and not tried to take on this repair. So in the end I paid $52 for iFix to destroy a $2,000 laptop instead of fixing the battery and keyboard. And the laptop lost hardware and data in the process. Beware of this business.
