Turns out appointments mean nothing at the store, phone should be ready in 2 hours. Fine. Come back. Battery installed fine but the phone didn't pass done control panel test. Essentially store broke my working phone. But will order an iPhone11 pro as a replacement for a 90 bucks. BS. I had a working phone and the store killed it. Needed a phone for travel that following Monday. Took 5 trips to store to resolve all the issues. Between the measly 40 dollars in credit they gave me, to the attitude from managers struggling their shoulders. I'm going to be switching to off iPhones after this.

I spoke with Mindy (maybe Mandy) who was so helpful and absolutely understood my worry about getting them done in time. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and said they could indeed do this today. In the end the manager of the original shop called me, very apologetic, and went out of his way to deliver them to me this morning. He informed me that would cost another $125.00 and if i wanted it done in less than a week that would be another $90.00. I felt this was way over the top and paid him the $50,00 bench charge and took my stuff. I went to another repair center in Biddeford Maine (Welch's) he told me there was nothing wrong with my mother board, and that with labor replacing the screen in total would be $166,00. Kennebunk Computer owner is a scam artist, a fraud and a thief. I would refer people to Peter Welch in Biddeford and stay clear of this character all together.
