Turns out appointments mean nothing at the store, phone should be ready in 2 hours. Fine. Come back. Battery installed fine but the phone didn't pass done control panel test. Essentially store broke my working phone. But will order an iPhone11 pro as a replacement for a 90 bucks. BS. I had a working phone and the store killed it. Needed a phone for travel that following Monday. Took 5 trips to store to resolve all the issues. Between the measly 40 dollars in credit they gave me, to the attitude from managers struggling their shoulders. I'm going to be switching to off iPhones after this.

And, it didn't help my 1-star rating when the representative helping me came off as defensive when I diplomatically but firmly expressed how disappointed and inconvenienced I felt by how the Apple Store was handling this customer interface. These guys charged my mom 600 dollars for a cleaning and 200 for a hard drive. 1 week…read morelater the hard drive was having difficulties and they told me it was gonna be 1800- 2000 dollars to fix it. a few days later i bring my brother and his friend in and he doesnt like that. A few hours later the actual technician who knows about computers calls me and says he reseted it and its been a few weeks and its been working since. In the end the manager of the original shop called me, very apologetic, and went out of his way to deliver them to me this morning.
