Verizon always pops up on my caller ID if they have ever called in the 20 plus years I've been with them. This number said unknown & spam. Called back and the worst response from a scammer I've ever heard because we also know Verizon doesn't answer on the first ring. Asked some questions and he hung up one me. Then when I reach out to the representative that helped me, he text me "legit from Verizon" NO IT WAS NOT! Beware. Note: I'd love for a manager to reach out to me and research this as I have heard that Verizon in store employees have been known to steal personally identifiable information (PII).
