If you are shopping or browsing the town center, it is perfect to drop in as there is plenty of parking. My experience was okay; although there weren't a lot of customers inside, the wait to be assisted was very long. I went to this T-Mobile because it was open past 8:00 which was convenient. The two gentlemen on the floor were busy with other customers and it was three people waiting finally somebody came out from the back lady with black hair and she was not very friendly or patience more so rushing me through our conversation dismissing my information on what was wrong and why it happened a second time? She spoke patronizingly to me about the repair which took her about a minute or 45 seconds. It seemed like some professionalism could have been exhibited instead of the attitude that I should have known and figured it at myself. Not a pleasant feeling when I left felt rushed and dismissed, not the customer service I was expecting or have received in the past from other T-Mobile's in the area over the years. read more

I was migrated in from Sprint and I totally regret it. Every month there is a different issue passcodes, login, mobile app, username, etc. And then when you try virtual help it goes on and you're transferred(Dorothy) and then to Alan S. and they still can't help. But will ask you to summarize the problem several times. I hate change but will have to shop around. I've had some good experiences(1or 2) but several bad ones and expensive ones too. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over a decade. As much I appreciate their affordability, I have zero appreciation for store "managers" who do not understand the importance of customer service. The manager in this particular store is an egotistical, illogical and pompous sack of potatoes. The associate, Steve, was great and the only reason for the 1 star- the manager deserves zero. There is a pandemic. We all know. That's why I was wearing a mask. The manager decides to throw his giant ego around and "traffic control." I was the only customer in the store with 3 employees. I wasn't encroaching anyones space and everything was well between the 1 associate and myself. The manager decides to open his mouth for no reason at all and become a police officer suddenly. He took signs off his store regarding which side customer goes on and which side employees go on. Customers are supposed to know that automatically? Guess not. So he's directing traffic for 1 customer that's already masked and distanced? The desk is 3 feet but he says to stand on the side of it. If he was really pandemic afraid, his mask wouldn't be BELOW his nose. The employees also don't need to surround the customer at all. But it becomes the 1 customers responsibility to play hide and seek with him and his employees. This store, minus Steve the associate, deserve a corporate visit. And the bigoted manager deserves his donut to be taken away. read more

For jet-setters like myself, T-Mobile's free international data plan was a game changer. When I heard that T-Mobile is offering this incredible plan called "Simple Choice" in Oct 2013, I immediately switched to T-Mobile from AT&T. It was a big gamble to let go of the grandfathered unlimited data & talk that I had at AT&T because they no longer offer it but it was the best switch I've made!! I even paid for the early termination fee (now T-Mobile will even pay for it!!! Too bad it didn't happen earlier!) but I figured it would be worth it if I can use 3G data everywhere around the world considering how much I travel and how expensive international data roaming costs. A nice sales associate named Dione was incredibly helpful and assisted me to switch to T-Mobile smoothly. Since I switched to TM, I've used this int'l 3G data (sometime it switched to GSPS, 2G, or E when I went to the countryside like Dolomiti in Italy even though I was told that the first 2.5GB is 3G, and then the data speed will become E) in France, Italy, UK, Portugal, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan and it worked perfectly fine. It was scary to use 3G abroad at first because I was used to switching my phone to airplane mode every time I traveled to avoid the risk of getting overcharged. Since no one else around me has had the chance to experiment how fast the data speed and how it actually works without getting outrageous charges, I had to take the risk and find out on my own. It was such a relief to receive a phone bill without no crazy oversea data charges! With my iPhone 5, the data speed is usually 3G while I'm abroad (while I'm in NYC it's usually LTE) but for me it's fast enough to use GPS, send pics, check websites, etc. Finding free wifi is especially challenging in Italy, UK, and Japan but thanks to T-Mobile I'm no longer wifi-dependent!!! It feels so liberating!!! Truly priceless!! In France, my phone was using the local 3G data from Orange 3G and Bouyges and in Italy it was switching networks between TIM, Wind, and Vodafone. In UK, my phone was connected to Orange UK and EE. In Japan, my phone was connected to the 3G network of NTT Docomo and SoftBank and the data speed and connection was better than I expected. However, in Hong Kong, I was only connected to the cellular network of SMC HK which allowed me to send and receive texts for free but no 3G and therefore no web browsing, no FB, and so on on the first day. You might need to be patient and wait for a day because my phone didn't connect to the local 3G network in Hong Kong until the following day. In China, I was connected to China Unicom's cellular network but didn't get connected to 3G network for the first 2 days and I had no service in certain areas. In Portugal, I was connected to Vodafone and Optimus and the data speed was good. When my flight got canceled in Lisbon and the hotel wifi didn't work, I was able to rebook my flight using my iPhone 3G!! It saved me big time!!! This means a lot to me because I am prone to the flight cancellations while abroad and I used to struggle finding free or cheap wifi!! When I got stranded in Paris 15 years ago, three 2 minutes calls I made from the public phone at CDG cost me $100!! When Heathrow shut down the airport in 2010 due to snow, I got stranded in London for 5 days and I spent 6 hours at Starbucks everyday to take advantage of free wifi (actually, initially you have to pay £2 to get wifi access for all the UK Starbucks) to rebook my flight. And when I got stranded at Heathrow again in 2012, I paid £5 to use Boingo wifi to rebook my flight. When I got stranded in Paris again in 2012 thanx to the Air France strike, I struggled to use the hotel wifi which was unstable and had very weak signal. CDG Airport offered free wifi for only 15 min and after that is not free. I used to pay nearly additional $50-$60 to AT&T for making a few short international calls($1.99/min) and 30-40 texts while I was in Europe. So do you now see why I wish I had this service earlier?? Although we Americans are spoiled by readily available free wifi everywhere, many countries are still way behind when it comes to free wifi. I know this because I lived it. The only issue I have is if I go outside the metropolitan area in the States, the reception is very weak. For example, I get no service when I go snowboarding in Mountain Creek (Vernon, NJ) which is inconvenient when I try to find friends who got separated. If you don't travel abroad very often, then stick to Verizon or AT&T because they have better coverage. But as for me, all this free int'l data I get for $78/month is a steal! Thank you T-Mobile!!! I went in expecting to upgrade or purchase a phone but left confused and empty handed. The rep to came to assist me did everything but that. He wasn't helpful at all. I went in with every intention of upgrading or purchasing a new phone. I currently have a galaxy 8 and obviously it's time for a new phone. I asked about their Samsung Galaxy line and he just pointed at a row of phones. I had to ask him to explain which was with and what were the features of each one. And I swear he responded, "umm they're all pretty much the same". I looked at him very confused. How can they be the same? So why is one more expensive than the another one? Why is this one bigger? And he just replied with the same bullshit. I'm getting annoyed at this point. Like wtf are you standing here and getting paid for, if you're going to give me bullshit. Then I guess seeing my annoyance he then says, well some have a bigger and better camera. So what you're telling me that these 5 phones here are all equally the same except for the camera feature. I dropped and broke my phone (butterfingers!), so I hit up the closest T-Mobile near my house. The store was well-organized and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, my phone went to cellular heaven and I had to get a new one. We discussed phone and plan options since I did an early upgrade. I picked the phone I wanted, but unfortunately their computer system was down and I had to pick it up the next day. Fast forward a few days later..... Wasn't really feeling the phone I chose, and wanted to exchange it. Easy peasy. Again, the staff was very helpful and making the exchange was quick and painless. Also, both times I went, they were helping other customers and again, they were very nice, helpful, and low sales pressure. Hopefully, I won't need to come back for a new phone anytime soon, but I do recommend this T-Mobile store. read more

Terrible customer service innovative to help there are few girls there they don't know if they coming or going no knowledge anything i knew more about my phone then they did. They need to be retrained and brush up on there people skills and stop bullcrapping with each other focus taking care of there customers. They put me on a promotional plan without my awareness. I asked their national customer service on the phone if the current plan we were on was the cheapest option. The representative said yes. I checked online, and found out we were on a promotional plan, and it isn't the cheapest option. I had to change it online. I guess I'm writing this to inform others :/ read more

I used to have T-mobile for my sister and I together. We signed up because of the promotion they had for unlimited everything plus free Netflix that didn't use our gb, which of course we loved. I'm very meticulous in looking into the contracts and I understand down payments and extra fees in the beginning. My sister was happy with the iPhone upgrade plan where she can upgrade each time and continue paying off the phone. However, this specific Tmobile needs better customer service, like the one in garden state. The rep seemed so uninterested and lazy and apparently he was the manager. I had gone two or three times after work with questions and he was there twice and I'm not sure why we signed up, other than we needed our own plans. I don't know if he found me annoying or thought I was too young (21 at time) but he didn't seem to want to sell me anything or offer any insight on what was included. I was the one who asked the questions, he just wanted me to sign and pay. Normally, I've had small talk while waiting for the paperwork to go through or while transferring phones, but this guy (won't mention his name) was honestly a turn off for the location. I've had good reps here before him, so I've come for upgrades since then so I think at least 3 stars goes for the other good people. read more

I used to think this was a reliable store, but now I know otherwise. I do not recommend this store. Six months ago, I got a new phone. The sales representative at this location told me about Jump Insurance, saying that for $10 per month, I could upgrade to a new phone any time. I asked repeatedly if that was really it, simply $10, and I was assured that it was that simple. Since the new iPhone was coming out in a few months, I took the Jump Insurance. Today I went back to this same store to Jump, only to be told that I had to wait a year to use it, or else pay a $114 fee to upgrade immediately. When I explained that the salesperson told me that for $10 a month I could upgrade at any time, I was coolly told, "Well, technically you can upgrade whenever you want." The original salesperson completely misrepresented how the Jump Insurance worked, and the second salesperson was not at all helpful. This store will not help you to make an informed decision about your purchase. I do not plan to go to this location again. read more

Their retail associate manger Jessica Avendano needs to be retrained in customer service. When a customer comes in there with an issue she can assist with why not do so instead of escalating the problem. She's rude and unprofessional and can easily bring a customer to her level when you already annoyed. Go to sprint next door is the best tip I could give. read more
