Matthew was really helpful especially as there were some hiccups on Verizon's side as I was transferring a new line, one of which took a bit of time. Its not really crowded as it's in a location where it's hard to see even driving by (we've drive by maybe hundreds of times without ever knowing there was a Verizon in OT). If you're coming from Closter or Demarest it's absolutely worth the 10-15 min drive here as you Miley won't have to wait and will get far superior and courteous service.

Epitome of excellence…read more My boyfriend and I were looking to join the same phone plan on the same carrier, so we came to T-Mobile in Paramus Park Mall. We were glad to see it was an actual store opposed to a kiosk. The store was neat and everything looked organized. One of the employees (Justin) approached us right away and was very helpful. He listened and patiently waited for me to get all the information I needed to switch plans. Although AT&T was giving me a hard time unlocking my phone with T-Mobile, i was reassured that everything would be resolved the following morning. As for my boyfriend, his new phone was up and running! We left T-mobile that evening feeling very satisfied. The next day I came back to finish unlocking my phone and this time I met with a gentleman named Willie. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently took his time to make sure my phone was unlocked and ready to go. He was very pleasant and helpful. Overall I had an easygoing and pleasant experience there and would recommend it to everyone!
