Despite Optimum making things difficult and refusing to release my information, David stayed persistent and made sure everything was handled properly. They took their time, were patient, and made me feel at ease through all the stress. I left happy and truly appreciated their effort. I've been to other locations, but the service here is unmatched. Visited Verizon in Closter which left a real sour taste so we did a search and discovered that…read morethere was a Verizon in OT. Matthew was really helpful especially as there were some hiccups on Verizon's side as I was transferring a new line, one of which took a bit of time. Its not really crowded as it's in a location where it's hard to see even driving by (we've drive by maybe hundreds of times without ever knowing there was a Verizon in OT). If you're coming from Closter or Demarest it's absolutely worth the 10-15 min drive here as you Miley won't have to wait and will get far superior and courteous service.

This company has the absolute worst communication I have ever come across. In 6 weeks, I have had…read morenothing but problems. I emailed, I chatted, I texted. Zero follow-up.
