I went in with my mom on a Saturday afternoon to get her a new phone and plan and new phone and plan for myself. We only waited a few minutes before Wendy came over to help us. She was so nice and knowledgeable and showed us the different plans that would work for us. My mom was very worried she wouldn't be able to use her new phone but everything was transferred over seamlessly. We picked out our new phones and she immediately started transferring the info from our old phones to our new ones. It was such a great experience. Everyone there was so nice! I walked in to get help filing a lost phone claim. Ques assisted me and assured me that the claim went through, and I was grateful. A few hours later, I returned to the store because the website showed Ques had not adequately processed my claim. And to get my phone the next day, it had to be filed before 7 pm. I panicked because the following day was a Friday before a 3-day weekend, and UPS delivered the following week. Again, Ques said the claim went through properly even though Ques was looking at the same info I had- the claim was NOT PROPERLY COMPLETED. I asked about the tracking number, and his coworker Jonathan said, "You will get the phone before a tracking number is even sent out." It didn't make sense, but I believed them when they said, "No one has ever come back the next day to say they didn't receive their phone." Guess what happened... I won't get my phone for ANOTHER 3 DAYS. When I returned, Ques was in an uproar over my audacity to come into the store upset and blame him. I granted him the courtesy of listening to him go on and on about how he was the victim because he DIDN'T HAVE TO HELP ME. (I still need clarification on the idea that you are a store representative and believe you don't need to help customers.) And he thought it was appropriate for me to listen to him complain!!!! I was being sarcastic when I offered him the courtesy of being heard! A turn he didn't extend to me... the CUSTOMER. Meagan, the manager, quietly listened to my complaint and did nothing. She finally told me to go to Best Buy to purchase an unlocked phone and return it when UPS delivered my replacement phone. (FYI- Best Buy doesn't sell unlocked iPhones.) Then Meagan told me to have a good day as I walked out. (That is a surefire way to escalate a situation.) This staff needs to be more solutions-oriented when there is a problem. Ques gaslighted the situation, making himself a victim of my dissatisfaction. And fellow staff members like Kimberly were antagonistic. Ques made an error in judgment. He thought because this had never happened before, it would never EVER happen, even with the evidence of the problem right before his eyes. The next day, when the damage was already done, he made himself a martyr and me the villain instead of apologizing. And the manager didn't offer any assistance. read more

I was looking to upgrade a phone so I went online picked a phone, back & screen protector & was given a down payment of $84 but I wanted the phone immediately so I went to this store. I was given a down payment price of $145 for just the phone. I then called T-Mobile & was told the price should be the same online, in store & call center . This is the worse T mobile by far that I've gone to. I just switched to T mobile, and the initial person that helped me gave us the wrong information and mis calculated the pricing/bill. Also, the worse employee Onassis Torres WAS BEYOND RUDE. When I approached him about my predicament, he started making up his own prices, his attitude is the nastiest thing I've ever experienced. If he didn't want to help me, he didn't have to. He is a very spiteful man and I will no longer be coming here. I left this place empty handed when I planned to leave with the new iPhone 14 Pro. I walked into the store at 7:00, a FULL HOUR before closing, with one customer ahead of me. I was approached by the sales rep Onasis. He asked me why I was there and I said "to upgrade my phone." He then said I should "go to Cross County since they close later" and also said "with all due respect, it will take him too long to do a data transfer." I opted to do the transfer at home myself so I can get leave there with a new phone. I waited for him to finish with the customer ahead so he can then help me. I sat with him and he talked in circles and changed his options for me several times. He concluded that selling me the new iPhone was going to "take him too long" even WITHOUT DOING A DATA TRANSFER! I ended up leaving pissed off and empty handed after waiting for him for 30 minutes to help me. Long story short, Onasis didn't want to work. He was too worried about leaving at 8:00 on the dot and it was quite obvious. I am a business owner. He is NOT someone I would want representing my business or someone I want to give my money to. Horrible customer service. A woman named skyla helped me and was completely unprofessional, I went there to transfer to tmobile from sprint and the she gave me the wrong information entirely. Nodded her head yes and no to the questions I was asking without explaining anything and I caught her once looking at a video on her phone with someone's butt "twerking" on it.. literally unbelievable.
