Recently, my phone became dangerously hot and burned my hand. I called T-Mobile and they said to…read moreturn it off and not use it. Sent replacement phone to store in Northvale NJ. I was told to bring old phone to transfer data to new phone. They were not able to do that. They are holding my phone hostage and policy states once a warranty is issued it becomes their property. I just need the phone for a few hours to have a professional safely retrieve my info but they will not give it back to me. 2 days dealing with their corporate office and they are unwilling to help me in any way. Phone is going back to T-Mobile and being wiped out. Just needs a battery and a few minutes to retrieve info and they will not help me. They do not even care that i was injured. I was a customer for 25 years and never missed a payment! Please do not use T-Mobile ever. They are unwilling to help the customer and do not care!!!

My…read moremother went here to get a new iPhone for my brother and there were two women salespeople there- one with a "natural" look and one day who's more on the tomboy side (description so you guys know NOT to do business with them), one asked if she needed assistance so my mom went on to tell her that she's buying my brother a new phone but wants to buy the phone outright(w/o contract), the woman then went to the back of the store with the manlier woman then came out and told her "if you want to buy the phone outright it HAS to be cash" When my mom questioned why the manlier one told her "that's our corporate rules I just follow them". being a T-Mobile customer for years, and buying phones in the past, we all know this isn't true. My mom walked out, called another T-Mobile location to ask if that was new a new rule and was immediately told no and she can absolutely use her card. Bottom line, they probably would've given my mom the phone and kept the money for themselves (keep in mind the price of a brand new iPhone)
