I'm really confused as to how my experience was this negative when they have great reviews. TL;DR The volume button on my phone was damaged during the screen replacement and the replacement screen was not set into my phone properly. They said they didn't have the expertise to repair the issue- until we left a negative Yelp review and they came to fix it. In the process of fixing the volume button, they broke the mute switch and the screen was still not attached securely. I kept calling them and after about three months - they got back to me and said prices were rising and there was nothing they could do. They did credit me for the BOGUS charges and EXTRA containers that we never had though. However, there was something I could do - so I left their service. This was back in November 2022. Since then, I KEEP RECEIVING MONTHLY BILLS for services - that we have not used since November. I spend HOURS each month calling them to close my account and negate their bogus bills. I am assured each month that it is taken care of - but here it is - another month - and yet another bill for services. Iron Mountain - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

I read several reviews and based on what I found I gave a few company's a call; however only one could send someone out the next day which was today to fix my computer issue. When the tech arrived he explained to me that my router had flaked and he had one on his truck and immediately replaced it.
