Daniel helped me swiftly change carriers from Sprint to Verizon Wireless and boy am I glad I had someone so attentive. Daniel is able to multi-task and help everyone in the store feel at home. He is phenomenal at what he does and truly left no questions of mine unanswered. He is super informative and helped me chose the best plan for my family and I. I enjoyed Daniel so much and will never go to another Verizon store again. Please ask him for help whenever you have any issues and he will cover all of your needs, and more. Becareful with these people Jeremy lies about service plan and device charges. My wife went in there and they misrepresented the charges. Fortunately Verizon fixed the issue but took sometime. Even after Verizon contacted him, he did not do the return correctly. Jeremy the "used car" salesman turns out to be the manager... Wow. Save yourself time and stay away from them. read more

STAY AWAY! Far, far away! I agree with the last person: if I could give "negative stars" I would also . TOPIC; Buying a new phone as a CHRISTMAS GIFT aka: A SURPRISE !!!!! Completely fraudulent. In short, changes my plan to a higher rate, signed me up for a protection program I clearly declined. And here is the best; after confronting the manger "Daniel" about the bogus charges he added To my account, he tells me now I can't purchase my new phone while I'm in the store and the New phone in the box on his desk) because The system is "locked up" and I have to come back! (Being spiteful because I stood up for myself) When I share my disdain for this inconvenience that I have to come back .... wait to you hear what he does after I leave the store Wait........ This no good excuse of a human SENDS A TEXT TO THE OLD PHONE of the person I'm trying to surprise for Christmas; "; congratulations on your new phone!!" Yes!! He did! He intentionally tried to ruin the surprise! Daniel is a grinch and is not to be trusted ! Oh, did I mention Daniel is the MANAGER! He's a dirty dog; a truly gross human being; even while we were conducting business he had a large drink on his desk with all kinds of electronics near by - including my new phone! He makes you feel like you are conducting business as if you were in his own home! Completely unprofessional. Daniel shows no respect and has a condescending tone not to mention a .BOLD FACED LIAR! When I asked him for his last name he declined and told me it is "within his rights" not to tell me. (Red flag!!!) Well I called Verizon wireless (should have from the start) and got all the charges removed and let them know what I just wrote about... and the nice lady "Toni" send an additional messages to that phone stating please disregard last message, it was a system error! Went here for a minor issue, migrate from an old phone to a new one I already had. There wasn't a lot of opportunity for revenue, since I had a contract, phone, and just needed a new SIM that fit in the new phone. Mo was the tech that helped us out, and while it took a bit longer to sync than expected, we were successful. He had to register 2 SIM cards before it worked, and he stayed with it out even though he was supporting 2 other customers, in addition to us. Exactly what I needed, and we are good to go. I'll be back for any future Verizon needs, and recommend this place for your needs!! read more

I've been to this location twice now to upgrade my phone and then to purchase an iPad. The manager Jamie and sales rep Quebec are professional and friendly. I will continue to use the Verizon Hillsdale for all my needs due in large part to amazing customer service! read more

If i could give this place negative stars I would! We came here on a Friday night to get a new phone started and switch an existing phone. They changed the SIM cards and told us the rest we had to do which was fine. We then got home to restore both phones and neither worked. One had a bug from the EXTREMELY old SIM card the Verizon store put in, and the other could not be updated from a computer. They simply told us (at 740pm) that we should go to the apple store (which closed at 8pm). This was absurd because no we had no working phones at all. The Verizon workers then proceeded to put the old SIM card back into the original phone so we had one working phone and they couldn't even do that right. It no longer worked either. EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude...when we came in asking them for help because they broke both phones, they changed the subject and told us we could have saved money buying directly through them. That was the least of our concerns at that time, so they were quite rude as well. Will NEVER return and I do not suggest anyone should go there for any kind of phone help. They do not know what they are doing! read more
