The staff is very friendly and helpful! We were trying to cancel our FIOS package over the phone and kept getting told we had to do it in person, but they couldn't tell us a location near us (probably trying to delay the cancellation I guess?). We went to this store, and while they don't handle FIOS, the employees were very helpful in giving us directions to the nearest store that could! I went in the store to upgrade my phone. As soon as I walked in the store, it smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana!!! The people working in the store on Saturday November 19th were less than helpful and there was no body else in the store. They caused me to feel like I was bothering them. Jasmine took the time to call customer service (over an hour) to get the problem resolved and then reviewed my plan to see what would be the best for my family. I've been a customer for Verizon since 2012, and I've gone to their stores in multiple occasions and I have to say today was the 1st time I truly felt that I was fully satisfied with the service. This was thanks to Yahayra, she went above and beyond to help me with the new line that I was adding. She was patience, and super attentive. Seriously please do not go here...As I was being disappointed with the service another customer came in to upgrade to an Iphone 7 and they did not have any... Any who. I purchased a ventev phone charger cable for my iphone 6 on Feb 11 and on March 1 went to return it cause it just stopped working. I had the receipt, the original packaging, and the charger in new condition. With an attitude I was told I can not return it cause it had been over 14 days ! Are you serious IT DOES NOT WORK ! I was told to contact the company and resolve it with them. The charger cost about 21.00. I asked to exchange it for something else, anything to avoid having to contact the company and to resolve this in one step and there were no help at all. I will never return here and will be sure to share that sentiment with anyone who will listen including all of my gym members next door who may think to go there to shop... FYI I contacted ventev and in one call they apologized and sent me a replacement. I cant help but wish this retailer would have done the exchange and contacted the company since they obviously have a relationship with them... read more

So I'm a prepaid customer upgraded my phone (ebay) I have everything set to activate it. I waited 1/2 an hour ( there were about a dozen of us outside when they opened at 10:00. When I tell the rep what I need he said there was a $35 activation fee and he could help. I said I've never paid before and he got defensive said he doesn't get a penny of it. He says he doesn't understand why, but my new phone won't work with the old plan (both are modern smart phones) Then he says let's see what he can do, and offers me much more more data and says it $10 less a month. I said that sounds good, a few minutes later he spins the tablet to me and there it is. My monthly bill is on the left it went up $25 and the $35 activation is on the right. I looked at him and cursed him out (somewhat quietly) I said just give me the phone number to activate it myself. Then he starts to tell me he can't give me the SIM card without activation. Now I loudly cursed him out so everyone could here you are a thief and a liar. So to quiet me he calls to activate my phone (no $35) somehow my old plan is going to work with the new phone, no up sales... BE CAREFUL THERE ARE THIEVES AND LIARS WORKING HERE. Do not take them at their word, look carefully at what everything adds up to for your new monthly payment. There was a women past her15 days to cancel, 24 month contract trying to negotiate down a $170 monthly phone bill. read more

Quality and customer service has gone down in this store and it starts with the owner, Kimberly Gallo. I have been a loyal client there for more than 5 years with 5 phone lines but no more. On May 1st I spent 2 hours with David researching ways to use an upgrade from my business phone so I could purchase the Galaxy S7Edge with a trade in. I was promised the phone would cost around $100 when it was all done. He ordered the phone and said it would take 2-3 days. I checked every day for 2 weeks. Each day a different person would answer the phone and say he would check and call me back. I never got a call back. I finally called again today and was told it was there. I was elated. After all my data was transferred to the new phone, it rang up for more than $300. WHAT???? The manager, LJ said David made a mistake, there was no such promotion. He did try and call his rep but the answer was no. He called the owner of the store, KIMBERLY GALLO to see if she would be able to make good. I said I'd be willing to split it. She offered a measly $50 discount. I guess she doesn't know a thing about customer service. I know if I made a mistake at my company, they would back me and do anything to service the client including taking a loss. All I know is that if I pay $300 for this phone, I would not pay it at this location on principle. You lost my business, KIMBERLY GALLO. BYE BYE read more

Don't go here. This place is a joke. There was a guy here who asked me if he could help me. I said OK. But when he started to help me he either was "in training" or didn't know what he was doing. He had no idea what the plans were. He couldn't access my account information, and the only person there who semi-knew what she was doing was swamped with customers. When she finally got to me, she looked as though she herself was going through a maze to try and figure out the "plans". She told me she could save me money on my bill, but when she proposed these "plans" to me they didn't make any sense. When I asked her to explain this, she really couldn't. At one point I heard her mumble something under her breath about her food was starting to get cold. She was not after all very concerned about my issue, only concerned about eating her food. This place is affiliated with Verizon, but they are a "middle man". They are NOT Verizon Corporate. They are only a retailer licensed by Verizon to sell their products. They are clever... They wear black Polo shirts that bear the embroidered "Verizon" logo on them to appear corporate, but underneath the "Verizon" emblem are the words "Zone, Wireless Retailer" in smaller wording. The REAL Verizon Corporate Employees wear button down shirts and have black rectangular name tags that bear the "Verizon" emblem. Don't be fooled. I suggest going directly to a Verizon CORPORATE store. There is one on Route 3, in Clifton, another on Route 46 in Wayne/Totowa, and another in Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, and another on Route 17 in Paramus. Deal DIRECTLY with Verizon. These amateurs will screw up your contract and they will screw up your phone. You have been warned. read more
