Within less than an hour of delivery - they were gone. I had done FedEx tracking so I knew when they arrived to the wrong delivery address (I went home to retrieve them) Needless to say our 12 year old phones needed to be retired. So I walked into the Montvale store and was greeted by Caesar and Tommy. They were helpful and gave me correct info about the AT & T free upgrade. Another misinformation by the kiosk at Walmart. I came back with my husband and we went through the process with Caesar - he was to the point, no BS. We specified in store delivery/pick up only. He said no problem. We placed our orders and within days our phones arrived. We came to the store after work and Caesar synced our old iPhones to our new phones and we were on our way.
