Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. I will say some of the staff did not have some product knowledge for example when I purchased my studio I made sure to get the regular glass, not the nano texture I specifically wanted the glossy display for better colors. The employee didn't know what nano texture was and I was passed to either a different one or more senior employee. Not really a complaint I just felt the staff should have the same dedication to product knowledge their consumer base has as well, that is always a plus of dealing with most Apple stores normally the employees are Apple fans and users themselves

The owner, Mike Gallagher very clearly told me the possible causes of the death of my hard drive. He could save the hard drive in certain cases. In case the hard drive died from other causes, he would have to send it to other places for data retrieving。 He told me the costs of retrieving data from that dead hard drive under various conditions. I agreed. Later, he identified the problem, ordered a replacement part for that hard drive, and eventually revived the hard drive. I am very grateful! Throughout the whole course of our interaction, I find Mike to be a very capable computer technician. He is honest, straightforward, and courteous. In the future, if I encounter any computer related problem, I will definitely seek Mike's help again. I will not hesitate to recommend Mike to any friend of mine.

My phone was damaged so I was looking into upgrading.
