Great on entertaining the kids while the adults discuss business. The owner and currently only employee, Ed runs the store. Fair, honest and looking out for his customers as I found out during the final evaluation of the electronic I came to have repaired. The minimum jobs he will charge as a store fee of $35. So repair costs will go up from there. He sells repaired unclaimed electronics in store and on Ebay. He has a few gaming consoles on sale. The retro toys, figurines and posters are not for sale. Overall, a safe and fair place to have your electronics fixed, which earns my, "A-okay," rating.

Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched.
