He was so dedicated that he didn't notice anyone else coming or going out of the store. So after waiting 10 minutes finally got up and asked me if I needed help. I showed him my order and ID, he went in to get my order from the back. At that very moment, two other associates walked out through the door. I was so annoyed to see I had to wait for so long to get this one guy's attention while two others were also around but hiding themselves in the back. I walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait long before I was seen. There is no phone service for this location if calling. You'll have to text a number or leave a message to get to anyone. Samsung voids manufacturer warranty even if there's the tiniest blemish on a device. I don't think I'd purchase another device of theirs knowing that. I spoke with two associates and found the second to be very approachable and pleasant. The technician fixed the issue same day (of course with a payment). They even managed to finish before the stated pickup time. The store is tidy and it was almost empty when I arrived. However, it can get busy at certain times. There is even a small area of the store for kids.
