While the actual service (internet, TV, and wireless) is generally reliable, the billing system and customer service are an absolute nightmare. In the fall of 2024, I requested to disconnect two landline phone lines. I was told it would be taken care of. Months later, I discovered I was still being billed. I called again in February 2025--another apology, another promise. Still not done. By May, after wasting hours on the phone, I finally got the lines disconnected--but only after getting visibly angry with customer service. All they offered me for months of overbilling was a paltry $50 credit. In June, I reviewed my wireless service and realized I'd been overpaying for years. I switched to a competitor and am now paying much less for the same level of service. Fast forward to July, and I noticed my Verizon bill was $65 higher than the previous month. Why? I was still being charged for the disconnected phone lines (Verizon Digital Voice) plus other unexplained fees. Customer service told me there was "no disconnect order on file"--even though the lines are obviously inactive and they could confirm that themselves. Their solution? A vague promise of a $200 gift card in 65 days and a possible $20 "loyalty" credit. That's it. Verizon's customer service is incompetent, confusing, and completely unhelpful. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their actual product is fine--if you can get past the endless billing issues and the wall of scripted responses from customer service reps who can't or won't fix the problems. After this experience, I am actively shopping their competition and am ready to cancel all my remaining Verizon services. Stay far away unless you enjoy being overcharged and ignored.

They started calling and texting at 8am, and wanted to come early. I made the appointment for 11 for a reason! At my job, I don't call anybody until 9am on a weekday. I think it's rude to call people at 8am on a Saturday. Their installation guy deserves no tip! I had optimum. He literally came in here, ran the wire alongside the optimum wire and plugged into their box that was already in my basement from the last time. I asked him to remove the wiring that wasn't being used and he didn't. He didn't even change my wireless settings from optimum to Verizon or give me instructions. On top of all that, I had to remove the optimum wires and tie up the new one to the ceiling. They are expensive and the customer service sucks, but they're giving a better price than optimum right now. Their sales and installation teams are really f****g annoying too.

The first bizarre thing was the sales person, Tenaye, actively discouraged me from claiming the upgrade for the 16 that I was eligible for, and instead kept pressing me to file an insurance claim for a replacement 14 model. I had to ask multiple times to claim my upgrade, but she kept advising against it because it would incur fees. The fees she was describing was the balance on the current phone that I would need to pay regardless.... It was unnecessarily confusing and took way longer than it should have. After all this, after confirming my upgrade, she tells me In order to claim the upgrade I would need to do this BYOD (bring your own device) promotional deal that would decrease the added fees for the upgrade. She explained that Id need to add a second line to my account but at no cost and they would have to assign a "ghost number" or an inactive phone number to my broken iPhone 14 and that way I could transfer my phone number to the new iPhone 16, keep the old phone, and save money. It didn't really make sense to me, but I was impatient at this point and just wanted to get the thing done so I agreed. After all this, I was not able to transfer my phone line to the new phone because the Verizon support representative (after 2 hours of support) confirmed I had a "pending order" that was blocking them from being able to activate the new device. Basically this newly added line to my account from this "promo deal" that I was told wouldn't cause me any issues in fact cause me major issues because multiple customer support reps (even higher level supervisors) weren't able to fix the problem and finally assigned me a ticket number for a tech support person who will call me "in the next few days" to "hopefully" resolve the issue. My new device has no service connection and this has been by far the most frustrating and unbelievable experiences I've had with a company overall. I don't know if the issue is with Verizon itself or whether this sales person just didnt know what she was doing. Either way, I recommend passing on this particular store and maybe switching network carriers altogether.

When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

Now imagine having upload / download times that are 3 times as fast as what Verizon can provide. Now imagine this being two thirds the price of Verizon. Finally imagine a company that provides almost instantaneous support / service. This is what Natural Wireless is. My specific experience: 0) Before moving, I requested a quote on service and pricing. I received an email instantaneously. 1) Moved into the new apartment on March 19th. Signed up for service. It was available immediately. 2) Same day added a Roku via email. Within 10 minutes it was on the network. 3) Same day discovered a laptop I used for work was not compatible with the default network. Placed a call. 4) March 21 a tech shows up, updates their equipment (see picture) and my router. Laptop now works. My entire home including echos, google home, smart plugs, additional laptops, FireTV are all on the network and are working great!
