We purchased 2 iPhone 15pro max a little over a year ago along with the screen protector plan in the same day. Come to find out who ever the person was that helped us and his incompetence wrote down the wrong information. And when we went back to replace our screens the store manager flat out told my wife she was a liar and she hadn't purchased the phones at that store and that we never purchased the screen replacement plan for the pro max but instead for the 15pro. Which makes absolutely no sense. Strongly recommend not going or dealing with these people as they as very uninterested in helping you with anything after they take the money. I was a 20+ year Verizon Wireless customer. I finally had enough of VZW's extra fees & greed. VZW had good service, but I felt they are charging more than what they are worth and I switched. It's been two months since I switched to T-Mobile and I must say their quality of service is equal to VZW. The 5G is good. Calls are not dropped. T-Mobile's customer service is excellent (all Americans). The customer service reminds me of what I got from VZW 20 years ago. T-Mobile's prices are good and they solve VZW's greed problem. So why only 4 stars? When I went to the store on 17N in Paramus, everyone was friendly & the workers know all about the iPhone 12. The problem was I paid T-Mobile for the phone upgrade and now they are charging this on the monthly bill. I called T-Mobile for explanation, but they could not explain. I am challenging it on my credit card & I suspect this will get their attention. I hope to adjust this posting in a few weeks once this billing dispute is settled. read more

My review is on the T-Mobile store that if you blink you would miss it on the corner in Paramus by the Benjamin Franklin paint store. I was directed there because the T-Mobile store on route 4 West in Paramus didn't have another phone to replace the one I had bought a week earlier which was malfunctioning I bought an economical smartphone a week prior and within days I was having trouble with it I called the store and let her know because it was over the weekend and I was away of what the problem was and that I'd be coming in when I went in the following week I was waiting for her she was with a customer another gentleman that work there came over to me and told me that she would be busy for an hour and he was busy for at least an hour and there was another customer in front of me , he didn't you seem very professional and cut off the conversation I was trying to have with the young lady that I had bought the phone from the week prior who was very helpful I'm very professional he basically. If they had the phone in stock when she could have at least checked to see which he didn't, not helpful not professional not willing to go not even the extra mile but the extra yard 2 set me in the right direction. read more

I went to this store last Monday to initiate a family plan that t-mobile has been advertising where each phone gets unlimited text, calls and 1 GB of data. For a family of 5 this would be $110. Unfortunately for me there was a character in the store who decided I would not buy the plan and started telling me that this plan is only for basic phones, not for smart phones because smart phones consume data very fast. I tried to tell him that 1 GB per line on a smart phone is OK for me but he would insist he would not sell it to me because the plan is only for "basic phones". I hope that people do not fall for this data trap. With so many Wi-Fi places available one does not need that much data. One GB is decent even if there is no access to Wi-Fi. T-mobile, according to the plan does not even charge you more for data overage, simply makes is slower to get. Unfortunately I did not keep his name but he was a bit on the overweight side. I was disappointed because now that I knew I was dealing with a dishonest person, I did not want any dealings with that store, so decided to leave. Fifteen minutes later my son and I were at the route 4 store in Paramus and had the family plan done in about 30 minutes. My advice to people: Do not waste your time, don't go to this place. read more

I was very impressed at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is at this T-mobile store. it's one of the first brick and mortar T-mobile stores but is the best one in my opinion. The staff here is willing and able to trouble shoot and is very accomodating. Harry who helped us was patient, knowledgeable and tenacious to find and fix our problem. He went above an beyond what any technician would have done and gave excellent advice as well. I've been coming here for the past 20 years and have tried other places but this location seems to be the best one for service and friendliness. read more

I came into this T-Mobile store because my Galaxy S5 was bugging out. I apparently had too many text messages built up over the last year & it was slowing my phone down to the point where it would literally take 30 seconds just to load the screen to let me type a response. It was KILLING me, as I use my phone not only for personal but also for some work purposes. TBH, it had been going slow for weeks, months even, but I dreaded going into a store to deal with it so badly that I just had to grin & bear it. But when my battery started dying quicker & quicker, I knew I had to just face my fears & head in. I was incredibly surprised by my experience. I was relieved when I pulled up to the store just after work hours (between 5:30 & 6:30 on a Tuesday [goooinng upppp]) & found only 2 cars in the parking area- those of the employees! I walked in and was immediately greeted by both guys working, Dan & Josh. Turns out Dan was the manager & Josh was actually covering someone's shift, and worked at the North Bergen store. Based on my experience with him, I will definitely be going to the N. Bergen store if I ever need anything again. Josh was an absolute allstar! The customer service he provided was unparalleled. After having told him about my nightmare experiences in Los Angeles at my typical T-mobile store, he took me under his wing and assured me I was going to walk out happy. He didn't even try to upsell me right away - at first he suggested possible solutions to my slow-text problems. Ultimately, it all seemed like a lot of work, and when Josh reminded me that I was on the Jump program, it made perfect sense to update my phone to a newer model. And even then, he did not try to pitch me the most expensive, newest, fanciest one. He told me based on what I use my phone for, that S7 (no edge) or Note 4/5 were definitely my best bet. He even went so far as to inform me that they had "Certified Pre Owned" phones that were significantly reduced in price. This awesome heads up gave me utter confidence that he would not lead me astray in my decision making. Then things really got turnt. Josh showed me some bluetooth speakers that they had a promo sale for. He put on some music and not only did the speakers BUMP but also he had a phenomenal selection of house & techno that perfectly matched my tastes. I was literally dancing around the store in joy. Ultimately, I picked up the Note 5, & I am stoked on it. It's a perfect phone, and it syncs with my other Samsung products (I have a 12inch Note tablet & a chromebook) such that I can literally use them interchangeably now - a huge plus because my tablet is super obtrusive & inconvenient to carry when I'm not using it specifically for work. I didn't end up getting the speakers because of funds, but I will definitely be taking a look at them again soon as I can afford them! Overall, Josh was the absolute best! He helped me transfer all my stuff over from old to new phone (except the 86,000 text messages that were bogging me downn [I am a crazy person]) & even called me after I left the store to tell me I left my bag with my accessories there, and saved it over night for me with his manager Dan. They were a great team, constantly helping each other out and managing multiple other customers that came in after me simultaneously, without making any of us feel like we were being ignored. Definitely an awesome T-mobile store, and the best experience I've had at one of their stores. Will definitely be returning, or hitting up North Bergen if Josh is working there! read more

I am giving this t mobile store at 636 route 17 N in Paramus NJ one star because the service from sales person JOSH is horrible. (They refused to give me his last name) I waited a half hour, which is fine and understandable and then JOSH started helping me. JOSH was helping me for 10 minutes and we were waiting for a computer to use when another customer asked JOSH for help. JOSH said I am helping me but customer insisted and now JOSH was helping him. I was dumbfounded I said to JOSH he was rude and all he did was walk away from me in the middle of helping me buy a new phone! As I walked out the door a salesperson Shivan said she would help me after seeing and hearing the entire thing. Shivan even said something to JOSH about being rude and to me and it appeared he didn't care. JOSH picked the wrong person, I am calling his manager Dan Conrad tomorrow and have already contacted t-mobile corporate and filed a complaint! JOSH was rude and disrespectful! read more

For me it could not have been any better. I went into that store very stressed out because someone spilled a glass of water on my S4 and it was totally destroyed. This was the only store that had a Galaxy S 7. I can't say enough good things about Guillermo, the person that helped me. He was calm, and patient and I left the store with a new phone totally set up and ready to go. I would give him TEN STARS if I could on this review. TY Guillermo...you are awesome. read more

We went to the store with the intention of getting two new smartphones. The sales person was standoffish, condescending, rude, and unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions about the phones (price ranges for particular models and comparisons between models) that I would expect a sales person to be able to rattle off without a problem. I felt like I was being lied to, not given any valuable information and I surely felt like he wanted to make a dime one us. He left us waiting while he was playing around on his phone only to tell us that the phones we decided to buy were not in stock. It is 2016, there should be an inventory for the store, no? After dealing with his attitude (unfortunately I do not recall his name) I was almost glad to hear that the phones were not in stock because I was not about to spend money at this store and have a portion of that go to his commission, he was that rude! read more
