On Thursday, March, 20th I stopped by to ask a simple question regarding a used and different carrier Apple Watch. Adeana Reed answered all my questions and managed to deal me with some wonderful products that were on a one-time promotional and very low cost. I'm not a huge fan with how sprint has handled the merge with T-mobile and not giving veteran customers the same upgrades and deals as new customers. I was disappointed that T-mobile couldn't offer us the same deals as new customers even though we came from sprint. If companies have merged then all of the plans and perks should be equal and if not, then we should be able to change to a new T-mobile plan without changing our phone number. This is the only reason why I took one star away from this review. However, I must say that the customer service at this location was amazing. Q was very helpful in getting us the best deal he could and spent a lot of time getting us set up with a plan that saves us money. I am very thankful for everything Q did to help us (from calling T-mobile customer service, entertaining our toddler, writing down all of our plan details, and giving us the best deal he was able to). Every time I come to this store it's always bad experience. They either are just talking Spanish to each other and disregarding the customer service. Never have I ever seen more incompetent customer service associates. Granted, this T Mobile is fairly new, but I'm sure it's had it's time to work out its kinks. I came in because I was trying to figure out a phone bill situation. I spoke to one employee named Mike, who was very patient with me the entire time and very nice. My phone problem was a little complex so he asked for another employees help, a short Hispanic woman. I needed her to explain why my bill was what it was. It was ridiculously high, they were telling me I owed about 160. I asked for a print out of the bill showing the individual charges, and on that paper, the total was 171. And then she tried explaining from what the computer said, and the total came to 125. How is your first explanation completely different than the print out, and then AGAIN completely different when explained a second time from the computer? Every time she tried to explain to me, there were a few details that were completely changed each time. The woman basically spoke to me as if I was some stupid imbecile who doesn't understand anything. How can you speak to me like that when you obviously don't know what you're doing in the first place? Trying to charge me 171 dollars?! When my original bill isn't even over 90?! It ended up with me having to call the T Mobile customer service line from the store. And the woman on the phone was able to very clearly explain my bill balance to me the first time. Thank the lord for her. read more

Just got a new cell phone a few days ago and the lady who helped me (# ...073 Don't remember her name)seemed nice at first but she tried to sell me something I didn't want and make me pay for an extra cell cover even though I kept telling her I didn't want them...Then, on top of it all, she added a $20 fee for her customer service which I found out later that I wouldn't have paid if I would have bought them online!!! I will not go back to that store! read more

A huge thank you to our salesman, Michael Petan and his manager, Nathaline Pimentel for the excellent service we received on 10/13/17 when purchasing new phones. From helping us making informed decisions about the new phones we were looking at, to explaining how it would affect our future telephone bill to going to another store to pickup the phone I wanted because they didn't have it, they did it all and they did it well! While Mike was working on my son's new phone, rather than me settle for a phone I really didn't want, Nathaline quietly called around and found the phone at another nearby store because I was kinda upset (and it showed) that they didn't have what I wanted and I really didn't want it mailed to me nor did I want to have to come back in the store. She sensed my frustration and I really appreciate her, while attending to other customers, find the phone for me. I'm not always a good customer, especially after a long day's work (which is no excuse) but both Mike & Nathaline went out of their way to make sure we remained T-Mobile customers and we are so very thankful that we decided to go to this new location to complete this transaction. Things happen and people make mistakes. Nobody's perfect and the customer is not always right. When people work as hard as this staff did tonight, not just for me and my son, but for all the people who came into that store for help, it's certainly worth me taking the time at 1:00 AM Saturday morning to write a review thanking them for the excellent service we received. We closed the store down but Mike and Nathaline didn't let us leave the store until we knew how to operate our phones and, to make sure they worked. The store was really busy but that didn't stop them from moving from customer to customer effortlessly - even the ones who had problems with their accounts. What a great staff of sales people and management. A bad manager breeds bad people working for them but in this case, a great manager breeds great people who work for them and care about their jobs and customer service. If you don't want to go into the Millenia Mall to T-Mobile, I highly recommend visiting T-Mobile Store 5338 where Nathaline Pimentel and Michael Petan, just one of the several fine salesman she has working with her. If you can walk into any telephone store and not have to wait, that's great but that's usually not the way whether its Verizon, Sprint, Metro PCS, etc. Most of the time, you have to wait. Also, T-Mobile has excellent telephone support. If you don't feel like going into the store (because you may have to wait), dial 611 and they will gladly help you. I've never had a problem with T-Mobile and for everyone, a little bit of kindness goes a long way. I was highly irritated when I found out they didn't have the phone I settled on but, their kindness and patience with me turned my frown upside down! Thanks Michael and Nathaline! read more
