When I walked in, there were no other customers in the store. The first thing I was asked was whether I had an appointment. After explaining what I needed, the lady employee told me that putting a sticker on a business card was "unprofessional" and said, "Imagine someone handing you a business card with a sticker on it. You need new ones. It's a business expense." She made me feel ashamed and humiliated all in one. I wasn't looking for criticism of my business decision--I was simply asking whether they could provide a printing service. A more customer-focused approach would have been to explain the options and let me decide. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Even if they didn't recommend correction stickers, there was a much more respectful way to communicate that. Unfortunately, because of the experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Five stars all around for Dryer Vent Wizard! After purchasing a brand new washer and dryer, we kept…read moregetting an error message saying our duct needed to be cleaned. We wanted to make sure everything was safe and functioning properly, so we called Dryer Vent Wizard. Mitchell was our technician, and he was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment and made sure we understood the condition of our dryer vent system. After the service, we unfortunately received the same error message again. We called Dryer Vent Wizard, and they came back out free of charge to take another look. Mitchell suggested replacing our dryer hose for a very reasonable $40 fee, and since making that change, we haven't had a single issue. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and doesn't leave you hanging if a problem isn't resolved the first time. Between Mitchell's professionalism and their excellent customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone needing their dryer vents cleaned or inspected.

If I could give this company negative five stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with Even was…read moreextremely unprofessional from start to finish. We clearly informed him that our washer and dryer were brand new--only three days old and costing nearly $2,000. After the service was completed, we discovered extensive scratches on both appliances, likely caused by his equipment being dragged across their surfaces. Even worse, Even left without saying a single word to me or my husband about the damage. When we called him afterward to express our frustration, his response was completely inappropriate--he mentioned needing to "bring a weapon" if returning to our home. That kind of remark is unacceptable and unprofessional under any circumstance. This company showed no compassion, accountability, or professionalism in handling the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. You deserve to work with people who respect your property and your safety.

I recently regretted doing business with RoadRunner Appliance Repair. When I called them, they…read morerequired a prepaid $160 trip fee, which I found odd, but since it was applied to the repair, I paid it. RoadRunner visited and determined my dryer needed a control board, which they ordered. About two weeks later, the technician arrived with the part and began working in my utility room without announcing his presence. After installing the control board and even replacing the motor, the technician, named Justin, declared the dryer unrepairable. I contacted the company after he left because I was very unhappy that my dryer was left in pieces, with none of the internal components connected. I spoke with the office manager, who informed me that their policy is to leave unrepairable items disassembled. After much discussion, I was refunded the initial $160 trip charge. Based on RoadRunner's assessment, I purchased a new dryer, installed it, and encountered the same issue: the unit would turn on and immediately shut off. I checked the electrical connection and discovered a neutral fault in the outlet. The outlet should have been the first thing the technician checked, but instead, they destroyed a perfectly good dryer. Their incompetence has cost me the $800 I paid for the old dryer and $500 for the less expensive replacement. On 11/25/24 I requested a call from the owner to discuss options for resolution, but my request has not yet been honored.
