We wanted to make sure everything was safe and functioning properly, so we called Dryer Vent Wizard. Mitchell was our technician, and he was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment and made sure we understood the condition of our dryer vent system. After the service, we unfortunately received the same error message again. We called Dryer Vent Wizard, and they came back out free of charge to take another look. Mitchell suggested replacing our dryer hose for a very reasonable $40 fee, and since making that change, we haven't had a single issue. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and doesn't leave you hanging if a problem isn't resolved the first time. Between Mitchell's professionalism and their excellent customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone needing their dryer vents cleaned or inspected.

I then purchased a desk that I also paid off. I wasn't asking because I don't have the money or the credit, but I didn't want a credit inquiry on my report since it wasn't a mortgage, car loan or credit card. Well, apparently they don't know what they are talking about and DON'T care. So I go in touch with them through their site and they tell ME to contact their retention center....that was it! They think because people purchase things from them they can do what they please and not have to answer for it.
