Looking on Google, I picked the tech closest to my home. It was my lucky day because I met Joey Bond of JB Tech Computer Services. We spoke on the phone, and that same day he spent an hour with me looking at my Dell and discussing exactly what I needed and wanted. I left my laptop overnight and he worked his magic! The next day he came to my home & we spent another hour reviewing the changes. That's quite a lot of time and his price for service was outstanding. Now the my laptop is as good as or better than anything I was planning to purchase at Amazon's much touted sale. My sweet Dell just needed an adjustment or 2 or 3. For this particular service, I haven't had any issues with the staff and they have always been friendly and quick to assist me in this process. I usually ask for a return receipt and they comply promptly. This is a small store so they might be limited on services or some items usually found at larger UPS stores, but all in all, they do a good job and I haven't had any problems yet.

I…read moreappreciated that when I first called to see if it was even worth repairing my phone, the technician (Jordan) walked me through the triage to diagnose the repair needs, and the cost of each step. When I arrived at the store, he looked at my phone and gave me a more detailed understanding of each step, and which components might be affected, and gave me enough information to know at which point we would fully repair the phone or fix it enough to salvage data and replace it, or not bother and save my money for a replacement. I felt well informed and knew that I would not be stuck with more costs than would be worthwhile. In half a day, Jordan called to tell me what the damage was and had my phone fully repaired and in better shape than it has been in years. Kind and informative communication with the customer, providing transparent costs of repairs for decision-making, and expert workmanship makes CPR an EXCELLENT repair store! Went on Google to get # for GeekSquad & saw HelloTech ad. After a quick convo with a friendly Staffer I had appointment set. Was most impressed with business plan-our price is $99 IF we fix it ALL.. If we can't it's free. That was very appealing. Tech Roy confirmed he was en route & arrived right on time. It took a while to get these 3 pieces of equipment to speak to each other & work together productively but after about 30 minutes VOILA! Once basic services were restored Roy went thru everything & optimized other operations. He asked if we understood everything & if there was anything else we'd like him to look at, but we were in shock he was so helpful & nice. The entire time he worked he kept us chuckling talking about old movies we'd enjoyed & such.. It was the most fun repair appointment ever & it was well worth the fee.
