First, when my dad returned on February 12, he was told the issue was caused by the phone being dropped. At no point during that visit was "water damage" mentioned. Now you are introducing a completely different explanation. Changing the cause of damage from "physical drop" to "water damage" raises serious concerns about the consistency of your assessment. Second, I personally received the phone on February 11 -- not my father. The device was not "fully tested in front of us" as you stated. There was no detailed inspection of the camera, Face ID, or internal components in front of me. In fact, I had to remind your staff to return my phone case, which they initially did not give back. That same night, while charging, the phone shut off and the display never worked again, although sound and alarms were still functioning. This indicates a likely internal issue, not external damage. I also still have the screen that was removed. There was no water exposure. The phone was not dropped. I have owned this device for years without internal failure, and these issues occurred immediately after your repair. Additionally, the main camera stopped focusing right after the service, and there was clearly a loose component moving inside the camera module -- something that did not exist before. Both phones that received battery replacements at your store are now overheating significantly as well. The problems began immediately after your intervention. That is not coincidence. I am again requesting a refund for the services performed. I am open to resolving this respectfully, but I cannot accept responsibility for issues that arose directly after your repair -- especially when the explanation keeps changing. On February 11, my dad went to the store -- just so there is no claim that we were never there. I brought in an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a cracked back glass to have it replaced and decided to also change the battery at the same time. My dad had his battery replaced as well and purchased a screen protector for a new phone. That same night, while my 12 Pro Max was plugged in charging, it suddenly shut off. The screen never turned back on, although the phone still had sound -- my alarm went off the next morning. On February 12, my dad returned to the store to report the issue. He was told that I must have dropped the phone and that the damage was my fault. That is completely false. I had used this phone for years without any internal issues, and the malfunction happened immediately after your repair. Because we were scheduled to leave for a cruise that same day, my dad had to leave quickly. Once we were already on the ship, we realized the main camera would not focus. When moving the phone, you could clearly see something loose moving inside the camera module -- something that was absolutely not present before your service. In addition, both phones that had battery replacements done at your store now overheat excessively, which raises serious concerns about the quality of the work performed. At this point, I am formally requesting a full refund for the services provided. Three separate services were paid for, and all three resulted in new problems that did not exist prior to your intervention. I do not live in the United States and had to return to my country without a proper resolution, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I expect a prompt response regarding my refund. And if there is any claim that my dad was never there, I do have the business card of one of your employees who personally asked us to leave a review. Until this is resolved, I strongly advise others not to bring their devices to this location. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

My boyfriend was looking for an iPhone XS max for his mom for Christmas and I came across one from this store through Facebook Marketplace. We came in on a Sunday 12/22/19 to check out the phone with Jordan and checked as much as we could. Note, we have experience with thoroughly checking iPhones, so everything seemed fine to our knowledge. Since we did not foresee any issues with the phone, we decided to decline the warranty. On Tuesday 12/24/19, I was putting a screen protector on the phone when I noticed the screen was very loose and that there was a defect in the screen. We asked Jordan about the issues and if we could return the phone, however he said they don't do returns, but they would repair the phone at a discounted price. Then, he stated we should have paid for the warranty, however to my understanding the phone should be sold in good condition and the warranty is for any repairs that are caused by the OWNER, not because the STORE neglects to provide a properly working product. Anyways, after my boyfriend spoke with Jordan, he agreed to do the repair for FREE and asked us to come in. We come into the store, and Jordan leaves us in the second floor lounge while he repairs the phone in the office on the third floor. Mind you, this store is not an actual store at all. It's a rented out office space in an apartment complex downtown. You can't go into the store unless they let you in because the elevator requires a key card. About 30 minutes later, Jordan comes out with the "repaired" phone, and the phone still has that same defect. My boyfriend was not happy with this service and complained, but Jordan said that "the phone is fine," "the screen is OEM," and "the screen is supposed to do that when you press down on it." However, this is a complete lie because my boyfriend and I have the same exact phone, and with the 3D touch screen, there should not be a defect. After much arguing, Jordan agreed that if we were not happy, he'll put the original screen back on, however he would charge us $60... I'm sorry, $60 for what? He did nothing to repair the phone and we were not happy with the service or customer service he provided. Again, Jordan continued to argue with my boyfriend and Jordan started to become very unprofessional. My boyfriend then tried to get the phone back from Jordan, but then he snatched the phone away and said that if we don't pay the $60, we won't get the phone back. My boyfriend was furious and then said he was going to call the cops because at this point it was theft. Jordan then started making rude comments. I was sitting on the couch, and he says to me "Monica, I don't know how you deal with him.." Excuse me? What kind of business professional says things like this to their customers? Completely unprofessional. Jordan also said that if the cops didn't come by 7:00PM, he would be leaving with the phone. Even more unprofessional! Luckily, the cops came at 6:55PM and helped settle matters. To make things short, Jordan ended up giving the phone back and we didn't have to pay the $60. TL;DR. Don't buy a phone from here unless you want to deal with unprofessional customer service and a phone with poor quality parts. You'll end up getting charged for literally nothing, calling the cops, and wasting 2 hours of your Christmas Eve... only to get your phone back in the end for free. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend such a place.
