I cracked the screen on my Microsoft Surface Pro. I took it to Ricardo to get it repaired. He replaced my screen and got me up and running in no time. He did a good job and I have no complaints. While I was there I mentioned that my iPhone was also very intermittent in charging. I had a major computer issue, When I took it in he found my issue within ten minutes. He started to explain everything to me that it would take to fix and even showed me were my issue was. He also was very honest with the advice he gave me and the parts I would need. he worked very quick and did a full overhaul of my PC within a day.I would recommend this shop to anyone having computer issues. I have seen reviews about the parking and him telling costumers they cannot park place. If I could give negative 5 stats I would. i went into this store today to get help repairing my laptop and the worker was a crotchety old man and he was so rude for no reason! Telling me that the update on my laptop broke it. i didnt get his name but he had grey hair and brown eyes..if I were the owner of this establishment I would fire this man IMMEDIATELY! He is terrible for business! He didnt even bother looking at the laptop before telling me that it will cost $199.99 to repair, with an extremely bad attitude. How are you going to be mean and nasty to a customer coming in for help with a service that your store is supposed to provide! i have never had such a horrible experience with a business in my life! read more

Only 1 star cause it legit cannot allow me to go any lower. Looking for parking for a business in this place and before I even stepped out of my car this old ass white dude approached me and my partner rather irate, completely unhinged and basically foaming from the mouth asking if I "could read" as he pointed to his sign saying something about customer only parking and saying he needed that particular spot for his enclave of customers chomping at the bit to get in(spoiler alert. Zero customers waiting to get in). I was probably in the wrong with not reading the sign but the way this old dude came up on me was completely ridiculous and uncalled for. He's lucky he didn't leave in a body bag with the way he rolled up on us based on myself having serious service related PTSD. Also, if you had customers you wouldn't just be standing there creeping on your sign waiting for the chance to tell someone to park somewhere else. I actually have a broken iPhone screen but 10/10 would rather watch the slow decay on my touch screen over time than give this boomer Karen clown my business after his world of Warcraft freak out. read more

I was randomly waking down the street going to the store and I just happen to stop by. Ricardo was very pleasant. I just needed my charger port fixed and he did at no cost. (It was just dirt and dust in the charger port.) Ricardo was so kind and nice in assisting me with the easy clean. I would definitely go back to him for my bigger computer repairs. Date: October 5, 2021 I recently purchased BTC using a Bitcoin ATM registered to this very location. The guy who operates the store has the Bitcoin ATM aspect of his business registered in the search engines as a separate entity called: Buy Bitcoin Orlando. The BTC purchase process seemed smooth and convenient at first, until after the transaction posted to my wallet. I discovered the hard way that I was charged 39% of the BTC I purchased. I contacted the guy and mentioned the discrepancy, only to discover his unwillingness to be transparent about the fees set by himself as operator to the store. He claimed that each transaction could receive anywhere from 15% to 18% for cryptocurrency purchases through the Bitcoin ATM. However, that was certainly not the case. When I confronted him about the aggregate Bitcoin ATM purchase fees, he gave an alternate phone number for me to call. I called the number and of course no one answered. The voice-mail message was the guy disguising his voice to sound "nasal," asking to leave a message. Apparently, this is the store owner's personal scam, as it could prove difficult to correct these types of situations dealing with cryptocurrencies. The people who do these things are committing blatant fraud and should be reported to the state and federal government (FTC) for their fraud. These scam artists choose to make a living defrauding innocent people simply trying to get ahead. Please report this guy, so he either stops or get shut down. Thanks! read more

The people in this place are totally rude, I will never take anything there. I was picking up food from a pizza place one door down and the guy went out of his way to lie and say that the stall I parked in was reserved for his business (which was a lie) even though he was closing in 10 minutes so I had to load my kids back up in the car and I had to park farther away from the pizza place only to find out that there is no assigned parking. He's lucky my kids were with me. read more
