Att store in NSB starts out as great, then they do not want to help with any issues pertaining to…read moretheir screw up. I was convinced by a door-to-door Att rep to switch over from Verizon. First mistake, I was told I would receive 4 $250 GC for switching 4 phones and told my bill would be $140 a month down from my $180 a month with Verizon. I received 2 of them right away but the other 2 were being delayed because of bad weather in the north. My service was left in limbo which required me to go to this store. The manager Christine helped me by getting situated and was very nice. While there because my other phones were delayed, she stated that she had one in the store, and I could take that one and when the phones arrived, I could send it back. I received 3 of the GC but not the one for the phone the store gave me. I was told that I had to call the Reward Center to resolve issue. Mind you I have been dealing with this for 3 months now. I called Reward Center and was told that because I received the phone from the store that the GC was void. I called store on the 17th of March and spoke to Christine, and she said she would investigate it and would get back with me. Have heard nothing and I called on the 20th, 23rd and today the 29th (she's on vacation now) and have heard nothing. I called to follow up on a complaint and was told because of the way Christine put the phone in that it was her fault. Also, my monthly payment has not been the $140. The first one was because of having to pay for upcoming months and this, that and the other. Originally it was over $600 dollars but with some "discounts" it was down to $400. Second bill was $240. When I took it to the store Christine said, "oh this was added" and although I had automatic payment on my cc it was supposed to be through my bank account. I was told that it should be correct in 2/3 cycles. Now I am filing a complaint, and I have spent more time on hold and talking to "ATT Service Contact" for 3 months and getting no help. Also, when in certain stores I do not get service! DO NOT go to ATT for cell service as well as this particular store.

We are told they are decommissioning the tower on Kumquat. We were told by their salesman that we would get great coverage in Edgewater. We have none and they don't care. Sell a service they can't provide. UPDATE A week after the Hurricane, we now have service at our home and work. Everything works great. It is VERY frustrating when you can't make a phone call. If you can keep this up T-MOBILE you will keep us as customers for life.

I'm one of those who toted around a bag phone and wore a pager - but I've never had a personal plan that I had to manage or pay for. I guess there are some advantages to having a position in corporate America. I normally have one of the latest model phones and I can say I've never had one fail - I've been using my iPhone X since the week they were released and haven't had any issues with the phone itself or service until recently. Well wouldn't you know it this one failed while on vacation when I was in the middle of nowhere or at least not in an area that was convenient to get a replacement, plus being it's a corporate phone it's not as simple as dropping in and swapping the phone out. Anyway after sending out a few emails from my laptop my people got with the Verizon people who contact their people at the store closest to my home in NSB and put everything in place to make this a simple Phone and SIM card swap when I returned to town. This was my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with the store's layout and friendly staff, they seem to have it all. I worked with Chip whom I had scheduled my appointment with - he had my replacement phone ready to set up when I arrived, a quick swap of the SIM Card and he installed the screen protector dropped it in the case and all that was left was to down load everything from my iCloud account which I did myself so they could service other customers. I had a very good and productive experience here they didn't try and up sale me or waste my time showing me the latest and greatest technology and since this was prepaid there was no check out. One thing I really appreciate was the fact that Chip told me if I ever have any issues I could call him or simply drop by the store and he would do his best to resolve them. I know it's not always possible for a cellular provide to have the fix for everything especially if it's a hardware issue like mine was but it's nice to know some people still understand the importance of customer service...
