Brought my wife's iphone in to get a cracked screen repaired. Guys working there are very professional and personable. Brought it in at 1:30 in the afternoon, was given a quote (which was reasonable), and was told phone would be ready at 3:30. Stopped back at 3:30 and phone was all set! Didn't go the greatest job, took longer than expected, originally, in the end apple had to replace the replace my iPad anyway so it is just a reflection of not having a qualified apple repair service or apple store in the area. Nice staff though. The bad thing is that if I went to apple in the first place I wouldn't have had to pay here to have the screen fixed. I took an iPhone in with a new battery kit complete with the tools for Derryal to install. The warnings scared me. I brought my iPhone in a brand new Lifeproof case that just arrived from Amazon on Sunday. This is Wednesday. I waited for an hour and twenty minutes for him to install it. He had other customers as well and finally got to my phone. But then he left to pick up his kids and Matthew was working on it. He returned and finished the installation and brought my phone out without the case. It took a bit for him to return with my case. I paid him $53.00 to install the battery I brought with the tool kit. When I returned to my car I went to plug my phone in. The door to the charge port was damaged! I returned to the store and showed him. He claims he didn't do it. I know it was perfect when I took it in. It's brand new!! He suggested I return it to Amazon! That would be dishonest because there was nothing wrong with it! I cried because now I have spent $47.00 for the case and $53.00 for the installation. My brother paid for the battery kit. I will never return to In and Out. I am so disappointed. I even cried. He either gave me someone else's case or he damaged mine. Two stars because he did complete the job, but he returned the phone without the brand new case. It's not nice to damage little old ladies's phone cases. read more

Worse than not good. I should have taken the multiple bad reviews more seriously before taking my iPhone here for a screen repair. First I'd like to say that I walked in with a functional phone, no problems using it just had a crack in the screen. The crack had been there for months actually never had a problem using the phone so I never had it fixed but I thought that I might trade it in and get more with repaired screen. The replacement screen this place used was cheap, the color of the screen was distorted, pics appeared much darker and it did not fit evenly on the phone. The owner was telling me that everything looked fine and it's prolly the inside lighting affecting it. Ok so whatever I wasn't gonna argue over it. After paying the additional $30 for "quick" service plus the $120 for the screen I get to my car to make a call and there is no sound, NO sound at all.( Prior to getting my phone back the owner asked me about the sound, I said sometimes it seems low to me but I have tinnitus so every thing i hear is slightly lower to me. At that time he said nothing further about it to me). What use is a phone without sound....? After paying $150 for a knock off screen and than on top of that I get back an iPhone 8 Plus that was working just fine with sound now has No sound at all. I'm assuming it was the owner that I had to deal with , all I can say is that you should not be operating a business, it's one thing to make a mistake but to blame the customer for it and than to insinuate i purposely brought a none functional phone to have it repaired for $150 dollars and most importantly waste 3 hrs out of my day to deal with someone like yourself is brainless. Anyone reading this review please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I rarely write reviews and didn't want to waste my time writing this one but if there is even one customer I can save from going here it'll be worth it. This place will break your stuff blame it on you and there is nothing you can do about it. I had no working phone when I left there and he made me still pay $25 for it. What kind of business does that lol please do not go here. Save yourself the frustration, go to uBreakiFix in Port Orange they can repair anything you need and they will do it professionally without using cheap aftermarket parts. Awesome place. Fixed both my broken screen and broken charge port. Same day service and vet reasonable pricing and a first responder discount. Have a 90 day warranty on everything thing they fix. Hopefully nothing happens to my phone again but if it does I will definitely take it back to them. read more
