The floors were spotless and the employees were walking around fixing the products on the aisle. I was greeted by one of the employees and asked if I needed any help. They were very pleasant and let me explore the store after I said I wanted to just look around. I loved how when you walk in, there is an aisle set up with a bunch of Keto products. That's all the rage right now. I found a small packet of this nut butter by the brand FBOMB. I tried the Salted Chocolate Macadamia and it was super good! The store manager, Rick, also reminded me to ensure to massage the packet to mix up the ingredients very well before opening...or else it could be quite a mess. I truly appreciated that. I ended up browsing around for a few more minutes. I ended up grabbing another bottle of apple cider vinegar and some vitamin B12 (which reminds me I need to take some right now...) This store is not SUPER big, but it is big enough. They definitely jam pack all sorts of amazing products in here. Vitamins & Supplements for both kids and adults, Hair and Body products, Drinks, Snacks, Protein Powders etc. 5/5 from me for sure.

Today I thought I'd support them and buy a bottle of supplements the guy was very friendly and explained all the different types. Overall it's a well-established and well stocked GNC. I guess there's a new owner he bought it from the other guy and it definitely does look much better and has a lot of product to choose from.

I am working on my health and trying to lose weight. My trainer recommended this nutrition company…read moreto get a body scan to see my resting metabolism. The body scan takes a few seconds and you stand on it with no shoes. The scan produces a report reflecting all the things you want to know. It provides your weight, muscle mass, and the percent of body fat. The report also tells you your basal metabolic rate that I think is what your body burns resting. So here we go! I am trying to understand how many calories I need to take in and be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Ironically I am taking in less calories then I should and I am slowing my metabolism down so he says. Logan is who helped me who was very nice and did not try to hard sell me on protein powder and supplements. I bought some protein powder and a caffeine free supplememt thermogenic. Logan also provided me with a basic write up of a nutrition plan and a recommended protein intake. Of course I have to share this with my physician, and eat in a healthy manner. Logan was very professional and this was a good experience. It is recommended to get the scan every two to three weeks. Coming back should confirm eating a little more did boost my metabolism ro get me moving toward my weight loss goal. Here's hoping!!!

I'm a chicken tendie boy at heart so decided to give their Nugget Dinner a go. The food was healthy and tasty, especially their sweet potato fries! Crispy on the outside but nice and fluffy on the inside! But here's the problem...the potion size is just way too small. There's not nearly enough protein in the bowl to act as a post-gym workout meal and I was left still pretty hungry. It's really sad because the food was actually really good! The place also offers meal plans for people who are looking for that kinda thing. I thought the pricing and stuff were kinda confusing but the people there are pretty nice and I'm sure they would take the time to explain things better if meal planning is something that interests you. Ambiance and vibes were cool though, we liked the little outside area they had! We played a little bit of cornhole after we ate and had a lot of fun! But please, please, please Clean Eatz...add more chicken to the Nugget Dinner. The food is so good and I just want more of it! Until the portions get a little bigger or the prices drop a bit I'm not sure if I will be visiting anytime soon.

I called the store on April 22 to see if they had certain items in stock. "Blake" said that they did and that he'd set the items aside, which I appreciated. I also double checked the hours. They used to be open until 7p during the week, but the online listing said 5p, and I wanted clarification. Blake said that they were actually open until 4:30p on weekdays now, which isn't listed anywhere. I drove about 40 miles to pick up my supplements, got stuck in construction traffic, and got to the store at 4:20p. The store was closed and dark with no cars around, and the closing hours has been removed from the door (it now says just 9a- ). WHEN is this place open?!? And WHY was no one there when I had been specifically told that they were open unti 4:30p? Dr. Colbert himself is only in his Longwood office one week a month now, too. What has happened to any sort of commitment to patient care on the part of Dr. Colbert's practice? It seems that he just wants to sell vitamins now--but doesn't even keep the store properly staffed to do that. It's a shame, too, because the products are good. ???
