Logan also provided me with a basic write up of a nutrition plan and a recommended protein intake. Of course I have to share this with my physician, and eat in a healthy manner. Logan was very professional and this was a good experience. It is recommended to get the scan every two to three weeks. There's not nearly enough protein in the bowl to act as a post-gym workout meal and I was left still pretty hungry. It's really sad because the food was actually really good! I thought the pricing and stuff were kinda confusing but the people there are pretty nice and I'm sure they would take the time to explain things better if meal planning is something that interests you. The store was closed and dark with no cars around, and the closing hours has been removed from the door (it now says just 9a- ). WHEN is this place open?!? And WHY was no one there when I had been specifically told that they were open unti 4:30p? Dr. Colbert himself is only in his Longwood office one week a month now, too. What has happened to any sort of commitment to patient care on the part of Dr. Colbert's practice?
