About a month ago, I realized that my prescription had not been renewed and called my doctor. He gave me more points and I proceeded to Surterra to fill my prescription. They had a wonderful sale going on, so I thought I would stock up once and not returned for another three weeks. I had a new young lady behind the counter that pulled out the product and then proceeded to tell me that I had completely run out of points and she could not dispense the full amount. !! This had never happened to me, especially since I just renewed my prescription. !!! I bought the flower that she would sell me, and I came home and went into an absolute anxiety attack , since I count on this medication for serious pain and anxiety and insomnia. During this week of 420, I went back to get some concentrate and was helped by Rey. He had helped me before, he really really really knows his product and is one of the kindest people when dealing with patients. I mentioned something about not being able to buy flower. and could he please look up in the government website when I could buy some more. He turned around and told me you have plenty. I can dispense some more right now! I was in shock after suffering for a week thinking I could not get any more flower. It seems the young girl that was dispensing made a complete mistake . She was not kind. She was not sweet. She was not helpful. Again I think management needs to take a look at this young lady and make sure that they're training her properly so that she knows how to read the prescriptions. ***I'm a real person and this is a real review, no one paid me for this or gave me any sort of…read morekickback for leaving this review*** Previously, I had been trying to get my card for a while, and even some of the larger medical marijuana groups had required me to gather up all my medical records from across different states (grew up in military family and moved all over the place) So when I found this place, it was a huge lifesaver, just kept me from having to call 10-15 different doctors offices for paperwork that would have taken weeks to gather up. I was so happy to find a place that would evaluate me as well as handled everything else. When my 7 month recertification came around, they text me to remind me that it was coming up and offered to help me schedule my appointment. Even after telling them I was considering looking for another doctor to save some money since it's the holiday time, they understood and said they were there should I decide to change my mind. Well after trying to schedule a few appointments with other facilities, it became clear the best route was to stick with these guys and wasn't worth jumping through hoops to save $50-$75. They kept it easy, as well as stress free, and even ended up giving me $20 for holiday special anyway, so it all worked out. Also, recently wanted to change my route allotments and they made that process a breeze as well, just super helpful the whole way.
