The chocolates are my favorite personally for the edibles. I usually go to get flower whenever they have a deal. The 50% off deal really helps me get through my recommendations. Process was easy enough and they let my wife come in with me since she was reluctant about how could marijuana affect my asthma and concentration. The place was too hot and it kind of made me anxious since the mask and the heat was overkill on my asthma. But put up with it and all is well. My wife did most of the questions and the physician was very patient with us and informative. Had to cough up almost 200 bucks for the evaluation, but I believe it is a fixed price per clinic. Then had to pay almost 80 to the Florida Health Department. Recently got my medicinal marijuana card in my e-mail and was able to follow the physician's recommendations and purchase what he thought would work best for me. I'm yet to receive my card in the mail, but I can use the email without issues.

I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but only if I paid in full. I already had a monthly membership, and because I chose to use this tool that is offered, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. When I finally was able to be seen, they double charged me for my renewal ($169 for Reevaluation + $29 for the membership I already had). I was told a refund would be issued for the difference, but it would take 24 hours. When I called to follow up about this additional charge, the rep on the phone told me she had no notes about my account being escalated for a refund-- and she'd escalate it right then, but it would take 7-10 business days. I've effectively paid $200 for something that should've cost me $29/month and driven almost 3 hours for the staff to be unhelpful and unreliable. The only reason I would continue to go is because of Vicky at the Sanford location. Doubtful I will continue to use this chain, especially when there are so many options for MMJ cards that are reliable and have their work in order.

They are always ready within an hour or so. I've lived in many places and been in many cities busy as ours and hands down this location is the most professional and welcoming!! Like I said, if you don't want to wait then place a pick-up order. You are able to see the wait list and check in five minutes ahead as well as you receive express check in. They have instructions and it's up to you to follow their process to receive quick check outs. Folks, sometimes it's you who has not yet understood the process of ordering and receiving your medication. I have been coming here for over a year and have had minimal problems aside from some busy nights here and there with a MAX wait time of 30mins for a walk-in which is understandable considering the sheer amount of people who call this their home-base dispo. As for the products and their consistency in quality as well as packaging maintenance everything has always been working well and tasting good. Never experienced any shortages, faulty electronics, or bad batches here. ALSO- the deals are AMAZING here!

There are a few different dispensaries in the area so I'm not entirely sure if all the patients who come here know that. I've had problems in the past where my edibles have grown mold. They do have a good return policy however after having my edibles go bad a few times it just didn't make sense to keep buying baked goods here. Which is unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoyed having another option besides chocolates. I try not to get anything that is extracted through butane So I do end up having to ask the bud tenders about the extraction process for the different products prior to purchasing. I understand butane is a cheaper method of extraction however I'd rather spend a little bit more money to get something that feels a bit more medicinal than recreational. The people who work here though are really nice and friendly. If you go here as a walk-in be prepared to wait. I consider Trulieve to be more of the Walmart of dispensaries in Florida. Which is why they have so many deals. Just make sure you ask about the products so you know what you're putting into your body. If you're buying edibles be sure to check them thoroughly so you don't end up eating mold.

She said she would put note in account and I can bring them back when I'm on that side of town. I am not sure when I will be on that side again.
