This location is always busy. I've had issues trying to place online orders and then it never goes through. So I try not to come here unless my other dispensary is closed. There are a few different dispensaries in the area so I'm not entirely sure if all the patients who come here know that. I've had problems in the past where my edibles have grown mold. They do have a good return policy however after having my edibles go bad a few times it just didn't make sense to keep buying baked goods here. Which is unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoyed having another option besides chocolates. I try not to get anything that is extracted through butane So I do end up having to ask the bud tenders about the extraction process for the different products prior to purchasing. I understand butane is a cheaper method of extraction however I'd rather spend a little bit more money to get something that feels a bit more medicinal than recreational. The people who work here though are really nice and friendly. If you go here as a walk-in be prepared to wait. I consider Trulieve to be more of the Walmart of dispensaries in Florida. Which is why they have so many deals. Just make sure you ask about the products so you know what you're putting into your body. If you're buying edibles be sure to check them thoroughly so you don't end up eating mold. read more

HORRIBLE interaction over the phone with the woman who works at this location... I dont remember if she told me her name or not I was upset at how the conversation went down so I hung up on her anyway.. I just got my medical card this year in January so im new to Trulieve so I called to ask a question about my rewards points and redeeming, I have a $15 reward so I called to see if I would be able to purchase 2 pre-rolls for $7 each and be able to use the $15 reward and not have to come out of pocket.... the lady on the other end VERY snarky and rude tells me "were not in the business of giving things away for free" ??? OKAY!?! what business is? lol so I tell her well ive spent MY MONEY at Trulieve to occur these points in order to use it on something I want and she goes "thats not how it works, were not in the business of giving things away for free"...... All the staff here are amazingly kind and attentive! Don't let the volume of patients deter you; the place is busy for a reason! ;) Many folks leave bad reviews for the wrong reasons and while majority of the complaints are understandable they aren't something the store can control. Policy is policy and they have protocols to follow, especially on the federal level. If you don't want to wait the 10 minute ETA for a walk-in place a pickup order before. They are always ready within an hour or so. I've lived in many places and been in many cities busy as ours and hands down this location is the most professional and welcoming!! Like I said, if you don't want to wait then place a pick-up order. You are able to see the wait list and check in five minutes ahead as well as you receive express check in. They have instructions and it's up to you to follow their process to receive quick check outs. Folks, sometimes it's you who has not yet understood the process of ordering and receiving your medication. I have been coming here for over a year and have had minimal problems aside from some busy nights here and there with a MAX wait time of 30mins for a walk-in which is understandable considering the sheer amount of people who call this their home-base dispo. I've now accompanied my husband twice to this facility. Both times the staff has been very friendly and helpful. They even offered my some information on having an authorization to help my husband with his purchases and picking up of prescription. The first time my husband actually went into the "show room". The second time he made his purchases online and checked-in to pick up his order a couple of minutes prior to arriving and once having arrived. After showing his ID at reception, he had almost no wait time. Staff was thorough, always verifying his identification and making sure his purchases were correct. Maybe because yesterday was my first time going to a dispensary, but this place was amazing. I got my medicinal marijuana card through e-mail and wanted to try recommendations during the weekend since I'm not sure how I was going to respond to it, so I decided to got as soon as possible. I guess the guy that I was assigned to a new guy since he really was struggling to make recommendations. So I took some of the recommendations the physician made Sativa capsules for concentration and remaining active, but also some other stuff to try, like a hybrid flower to see how it would affect when I'm working on art and anxious. In the Orlando area, Trulieve was one of the dispensaries to open their doors, and has seemed to be ahead of the curve when it comes to variety of products. They have become one of the first companies to offer a variety of edible products, as well as botique lines of cannabis. This location has been decent. The customer service is good, staff is friendly and can answer questions, and the wait time is decent as well. Just like anywhere else, supply and demand of particular items can sway your opinion, but they generally have a decent selection to choose from at any given time. My one quibble is they do not plainly display THC percentages online. I like to see what the quality is of a product I am thinking of buying. Hopefully they can become more apparent like Rise does. read more

I have been a customer here for the last year. Now three times in a row I make an order online and go to pick it up just to be told they are out. They call from blocked numbers and if you call back you will never get through. The website does not accurately show updated inventory. If I knew what I wanted was out I would have gone to a different dispensary. The staff is always very nice and the store is clean, but I will shop else where until they get this fixed. If they can call or text then why not include all the information about what is out of stock? Why have a blocked number? Great location but had a poor experience with the patron Jenna. She was pretty rude and unprofessional while serving us. She wouldn't let you talk, she talks over you. On the day of one of their best Christmas deals sale they put two people...TWO PEOPLE in the back to handled ALL orders on a FRIDAY NIGHT. Is this a joke? You have a minimum of 30-40 people in the dispensary at any time till close and you only put two people in the back to handle all orders? I'm talking the waiting room is packed, people standing & waiting outside the door. For anyone regardless of online, walk-in, or express order it's a 30 minute wait, which then turns into a 45 minute wait...which then turns into over an HOUR wait. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and EMBARRASSING that y'all let this continue to happen. You lose business and receive terrible feedback simply because of excessive wait times. This is the last time I'll ever be coming here, I experience the same thing every time. Stop being cheap and staff your locations with enough people so that the store can actually handle the orders. I don't how you think it's fair or ethical to your employees to have to go through this either. They are swamped all the time and never have enough help. It's beyond me that you think 3 employees (1 at the front, 2 in the back) in total can handle a Friday night in Orlando. The manager informed me she had given me her personal jar set aside so I could take one of the four items in my original order. I had to walk in to be informed my order wasn't going to be fulfilled when honestly, I would have skipped it all together due to the long drive if I would have been contacted about the late fulfillment resulting in products from my order being out of stock. read more

I use my 20% Veterans Discount and stack it with my 10%points and get 30%off my purchase which really helps on my pension. They give me free delivery to because I'm over 65. The delivery people are wonderful. Over Thanksgiving I was on chemo and they treated me so kindly. His job may not be opening doors for paying customers but as a decent human, maybe? I watched him just stand there as a mom with two littles, got the stroller out, loaded them up, go to the door where the handicap button was no longer working, press it twice and wait, while he just watched as she then had to touch the door and hold it open while trying to get the stroller in.
