Recently, they have modified some of their compounds including strain-specific terpenes, but after purchasing, it still tastes like a GMO D8 cartridge, which is not what I expect from a licensed medical dispensary. They are new to the Florida market, so maybe just some kinks to overcome, but I'll give it some time before returning. Though I love their hospitality, clean and safe products are by far my top priority since it is a legitimate medical item. ________________________ Original: I've gone through 3 different dispensaries since getting my card and this one has been the only one of the 3 that I felt the delivery process was quick, efficient, but also thorough. Kylee was my delivery-person and she was SO NICE! Quick and arrived right at the estimated timeframe. There was a delay to the originally estimated time, but the California office called me and apologized (though it didn't really bother me honestly). Text updates 30min out and at arrival--just perfect. I 100% recommend this dispensary and can't wait for the I-Drive location to open soon!

Process was easy enough and they let my wife come in with me since she was reluctant about how could marijuana affect my asthma and concentration. The place was too hot and it kind of made me anxious since the mask and the heat was overkill on my asthma. But put up with it and all is well. My wife did most of the questions and the physician was very patient with us and informative. Had to cough up almost 200 bucks for the evaluation, but I believe it is a fixed price per clinic. Then had to pay almost 80 to the Florida Health Department. Recently got my medicinal marijuana card in my e-mail and was able to follow the physician's recommendations and purchase what he thought would work best for me. I'm yet to receive my card in the mail, but I can use the email without issues.

Policy is policy and they have protocols to follow, especially on the federal level. If you don't want to wait the 10 minute ETA for a walk-in place a pickup order before. They are always ready within an hour or so. I've lived in many places and been in many cities busy as ours and hands down this location is the most professional and welcoming!! Like I said, if you don't want to wait then place a pick-up order. You are able to see the wait list and check in five minutes ahead as well as you receive express check in. They have instructions and it's up to you to follow their process to receive quick check outs. Folks, sometimes it's you who has not yet understood the process of ordering and receiving your medication. I have been coming here for over a year and have had minimal problems aside from some busy nights here and there with a MAX wait time of 30mins for a walk-in which is understandable considering the sheer amount of people who call this their home-base dispo. As for the products and their consistency in quality as well as packaging maintenance everything has always been working well and tasting good. Never experienced any shortages, faulty electronics, or bad batches here. ALSO- the deals are AMAZING here!

There are a few different dispensaries in the area so I'm not entirely sure if all the patients who come here know that. I've had problems in the past where my edibles have grown mold. They do have a good return policy however after having my edibles go bad a few times it just didn't make sense to keep buying baked goods here. Which is unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoyed having another option besides chocolates. I try not to get anything that is extracted through butane So I do end up having to ask the bud tenders about the extraction process for the different products prior to purchasing. I understand butane is a cheaper method of extraction however I'd rather spend a little bit more money to get something that feels a bit more medicinal than recreational. The people who work here though are really nice and friendly. If you go here as a walk-in be prepared to wait. I consider Trulieve to be more of the Walmart of dispensaries in Florida. Which is why they have so many deals. Just make sure you ask about the products so you know what you're putting into your body. If you're buying edibles be sure to check them thoroughly so you don't end up eating mold.

What draws me in is the good prices and deals that they have. Their point system is one of the only ones that you can stack discounts. Now, their products are okay. IF you actually get what you pay for. As I stated, I purchased 8 half gram carts and when I open them to look at them, there by far WAY less inside the cartridge than 1/2 gram. Every single one looked like it was missing a very good amount of extract in the carts. If you buy any sort of cartridge from cureleaf, YOU WILL JUST ABOUT ALWAYS BE RIPPED OFF. Not sure if the employee's are taking hits out of the carts before selling them, but they are half empty. So unless you want to be mislead and ripped off, i'd try to avoid buying any sort of cart from this company.
