I hadn't been to curaleaf in a bit. I used to go to Clearwater and Palm harbor location but went to the one on Semoran in Orlando and the employees were very unfriendly including the woman managing. No greeting. Treated me like I was a burden and not even a goodbye or enjoy. THEN I get home with my preground and it was literally grass strands. Never seen flower like that. Am pretty disappointed. So I'm used to recreational situation because I'm from LA and New York and it's much different. I made a delivery order and called the front desk just for simple questions like when I should be expecting it or just hoping that she could tell that I needed more information than just, her continuously telling me we have a 48 hour turnaround over and over no matter what question I asked and yes she had an attitude. I've been to CuraLeaf's before. I actually had a job interview there, but the pay was too small and both of the head managers were best friends and coworkers at a makeup company before they both started at Curaleaf. They also let me know that they don't know anything really about flower and terpenes etc. I was so surprised until I went back online and saw all the other negative reviews and complaints about going through people and favoritism. Now they have a wonderful girl answering phones (dream job) and just can tell she did not want to be on the phone and was getting frustrated when I wasn't understanding the only answer she was giving me. And btw im not an old Karen at all lol im 31 and im super chill and I never do this but I actually have epilepsy and if I got questions give me the respect. I've been 3 times in row to this place and they change what I ordered with out telling me. they don't call when it's out of stock. even after you message them. they just sneak the sticker on top of the name of the strain so you can't see it. as if the little sticker doesn't tell you. Not knowing people care about the percentage and strain. then when you ask them why no one called or text. they just look at you dumb and say oh we were supposed to call. so sorry. like they didn't know it wasn't available. just a bunch of confused people who care about what they look rather then do the job correct. the one on 12402 S Orange Blossom trail Is way better. I'm horrible with names, but I was helped after a short 10-minute wait and he made sure I had exactly what I needed and what I came for it and what would be more helpful to me. Explained the effects of everything I bought and how to use them properly. This particular location can be a hassle. My least favorite thing about this location is the lack of professionalism and lack of staff - causing operations to be slow and unorganized. For instance the check in receptionists are also the bud tenders so very often you have to wait up to 20 mins just for someone to greet you and check you in...It's not a welcoming environment. If you're in a rush, put in a pick up order first but warning- you may still have to wait quite a while. For this reason, this is my least favorite of all the local dispensaries. Besides that bad customer service, they tend to carry pretty good products and offer consistent quality-- just be prepared to WAIT. They have decent flower but their strong point are concentrates and edibles. read more

The are extremely Clean, knowledgeable and helpful. First time? This is a medical dispensary you won't feel intimidated going to for the first time. my best friend has been a med card patient for over a year now and regularly comes to this curaleaf. she has severe anxiety and is a germophobe amd when i accompanied her to this facility while she was having an anxiety attack we opened her jar to find that the seal had been completely broken. we went inside where there were two young men joking around not paying attention to their duties Who also completely ignored us for a solid minute as we stood there looking at them. we expressed the situation and they basically said that there was nothing that they could do about it. imagine going to your pharmacy and having your pharmacist hand you an open bottle and telling you that you just have to take it. i'm young and i know working all day sucks, but take some pride in your work and patients. do better. read more

I thought scamming was exclusive for drug dealers but apparently its not out of reach for curaleaf east orlando. Ive been a medical patient for 2 years and have never had an issue with a dispensary until this experience. I bought a half gram cartridge and when I got to my vehicle i checked the products to make sure everything was there and noticed the more expensive cart I got was barely even a third of a gram. I went back they told me to leave it upright so it could settle out, and i did even though i knew that wouldnt work because i have common sense. I took it back later the same day and while I waited to be seen could hear them say this was the third time it had happened today. STILL they refused to exchange the item or give any sort of refund even though it was not a full product. Horrible manager, rude service and incomplete products. Scammed of $60 read more
