Process was easy enough and they let my wife come in with me since she was reluctant about how could marijuana affect my asthma and concentration. The place was too hot and it kind of made me anxious since the mask and the heat was overkill on my asthma. But put up with it and all is well. My wife did most of the questions and the physician was very patient with us and informative. Had to cough up almost 200 bucks for the evaluation, but I believe it is a fixed price per clinic. Then had to pay almost 80 to the Florida Health Department. Recently got my medicinal marijuana card in my e-mail and was able to follow the physician's recommendations and purchase what he thought would work best for me. I'm yet to receive my card in the mail, but I can use the email without issues.

Using Marijuana Doctor has been nothing but a hassle for me this time around. I drove an hour each…read moreway for an appointment that had been incorrectly booked for the wrong day. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but only if I paid in full. I already had a monthly membership, and because I chose to use this tool that is offered, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. When I finally was able to be seen, they double charged me for my renewal ($169 for Reevaluation + $29 for the membership I already had). I was told a refund would be issued for the difference, but it would take 24 hours. When I called to follow up about this additional charge, the rep on the phone told me she had no notes about my account being escalated for a refund-- and she'd escalate it right then, but it would take 7-10 business days. I've effectively paid $200 for something that should've cost me $29/month and driven almost 3 hours for the staff to be unhelpful and unreliable. The only reason I would continue to go is because of Vicky at the Sanford location. Doubtful I will continue to use this chain, especially when there are so many options for MMJ cards that are reliable and have their work in order.

Recently, they have modified some of their compounds including strain-specific terpenes, but after purchasing, it still tastes like a GMO D8 cartridge, which is not what I expect from a licensed medical dispensary. They are new to the Florida market, so maybe just some kinks to overcome, but I'll give it some time before returning. I had a tele-visit with Garrett and he walked me through the entire process from the comfort of my own home. Some of them remember you by first name and others remember my orders. I don't feel like just a patient here. Inside feels really luxurious. I like the way they've decorated everything. A little waiting area if there is a line. Which normally there is no wait. Just another bonus to skip out on the more popular dispensaries to go here. The chocolates are my favorite personally for the edibles. I usually go to get flower whenever they have a deal. The 50% off deal really helps me get through my recommendations.
