This gem of a Cannabis dispensary is located on North Semoran about a mile from 50/Colonial, so with pretty easy access to the 408 you can get here in a reasonable amount of; Im in Lake Nona and can make it there in about 30 minutes. Please let them be the first to open down here in SE Orlando! VidaCann is not the dispensary you're going to find all the varieties of new concentrates and 84 kinds of this or that. Here's the deal...the products they DO carry are on point 100% of the time. This isn't to say there is no variety because that's not the case whatsoever. It's really proof in the pudding that you only need to do a few things EXCELLENTLY & CONSISTENTLY to be among the best. This is VidaCann's game...and it's a good one! The "house" VidaCann products are fantastic; from the vape carts to tinctures to the capsules...:top notch! All available in Hybrid (currently OG Kush), Sativa ( currently Strawberry Cough) and Indica (currently Pakistani Kush). For syringes and cartridges they added into the occasional mix some special runs like: Duct Tape (love), Kush Cakes, Mandarine Cookies and more! Pleased with the product. 9lb hammer was... good for me. Eased back pain and helped me to sleep. I do not like the current pricing, deduct this star because of it, and will be shopping around until it becomes cheaper for the normal person. I get its still new and going though the steps, but at some point the business needs to look at its customers and having to wait for a discount is crap for a customer. Quality bud though. Placed an order online. Received a text within ten minutes and within 15 minutes received a text my order was ready. The location although not the best in terms of traffic was still relatively close. Going after work was probably not the smartest idea. Inside is an ATM and it charged a $3.00 convenience fee. Which was not as bad as I thought it would be. Due to being a first time customer I got $55 of $100 and they had a flash sale for bogo 30% carts. I saved about $68. Girl was very nice up front. No wait, no stress and I was in-out in 7 minutes. Onto the product. The cartridges are really good! I would give it a 5/5 much better than what I get in Vegas when we visit. The only complaint was the concentrate jar. It sits sideways in the box. When you open the jar it oozes all over. So although I saved money most of the product was wasted. Would not recommend the concentrate for that reason. Otherwise concentrate was tasty but a little to messy. I will definitely be back here. read more

This is probably my favorite dispensary in Orlando at least for concentrates and flower. It's not as big as some of the others, but they have great service and some excellent products and it's not as overwhelming as some of the other chains. Their vapes and concentrates are all full spectrum, and they also exclusively carry tikun products which were developed in Israel where they have done many clinical trials supporting their different strains. All of which are top quality products. Their flower is also high quality with a number of tier 1 and tier 2 "grades." This means they can be pricier, but you get what you pay for here. Like most, they have a huge discount for first time customers, have a loyalty program and have daily specials if you subscribe to their emails. They also keep their website store up to date so you can always see whats in stock before you go (or pre order or have it delivered). read more

Horrible customer service. Walked in as a first time customer looking for a new dispensary. Asked for a menu and price list. I was told that everything is in front of me. Nothing in the cases have pricing information. None of the labels were visible. I asked again for a menu, the clerk pointed at the wall and said it's all there. Worse first time customer experience. No communication for delivery . Spoke prior was told I was going to be text 30 min prior and delivery person telling me he is at my home when I requested to be notified due to a demanding job. Oh the best part is that I had to rush out to met the delivery driver to then get charged an extra 10 dollars to use a card . might not seem a lot but with the amount of anxiety this caused because every employee is telling me something different and not mentioning a fee when u called and confirmed the order and employees blaming the other employe. If it were not for the budtender, Reid, This would be a 1-star review for customer service. First time here. The man at the desk didn't say hello. Didn't greet me in any way. I saw the sign to place my Driver's License in the slot facing them. A bit cold, but I followed directions. He typed my name in then in confusion asked, "have you been here before?" Well, no, I hadn't. So he took my authorization email and said he'd need to enter me into the system and asked me to have a seat. 20 minutes later... I"m still sitting there. Two other people have come and gone. I hear voices in the back. I finally go to the window. Reid sees me from the back and is immediately on the problem. She apologizes. Gets the guy to process me through the computer. He seems stoned and hardly able to do his job. He asks for my name again. Finds me in the system. And says, "there. Now you are in." I go back and work with Reid. I appreciated her knowledge and recommendations. As it is my first time, I same $55 off $100. I buy two products for $103, maximizing my savings and spending $48. I wish dispensaries sold sample packs for first-time users. I am hopeful these will help. Note to management: please train your front desk staff in customer service. It does matter. read more
