There isn't a page for the location I go to off sand lake but the flower there is very NICE, even the mid grade is pretty good and I've been smoking for 20+ years. I haven't found a place that has good edibles though they all seem pretty weak, maybe it's the government regulations or something Idk but I look forward to buying what I need to be able to make my own edibles at home. Fluent put extra work into the menu, completely changing the names of Indica, Hybrid & Sativa to names like Polaris, Baldor & Atlas. Why I don't know! It makes for cool Merch so I guess I can't complain. On my first time in I bought a bunch of different 8ths, a concentrated vape cart and a sampler pack of the Indica capsules. All of their flowers are handpicked and goes by Tiers instead of little's or mini's like everyplace else. Sadly none of my Chronic was weighed over, all exact. My bud looked good, smelled good and smoked good. The Vape cart was 91% I think. It was not the traditional vape cart, this liquid didn't move at all kind of like a syringe. It did not affect me as most carts don't, in some rare cases they knock me on my butt (this not being one of those cases) I wanted to hit all the bases. Fluent Cannabis Dispensary - Melbourne FL location - I love everything about my Fluent store and I am easily one of there most active customers, I purchase from this dispensary almost every other day. I am always very happy with the prices and the service, except for one thing. The only one thing that I absolutely cannot stand about this place is the POINTS SCAM that they employ, EVERY other dispensary allows you to use your points whenever you want to take a couple dollars off here and there for your purchase, sometimes you might even get a free vape.. But the way they do prices at my fluent dispensary is very annoying, They drop prices through "Sales" but you are NOT allowed to use points on items that are on sale, Which makes sense.. But then you realize that on the very rare occasion that an item is not on sale, if you attempt to use your points on that item you will find out that there is a hidden "Original Price" that they go by apparently , So you CANNOT use your points on the price point that is advertised.. Long story short, Every time I try to use my points I find out like today that if I used my points I would literally have to pay over 15$ more than the price I would pay if I chose not to use my points.. Real awesome system Fluent! Bottom line, the points system at this dispensary is a complete scam and very annoying to see that I have spent 1,000$ with this dispensary and I can't even use any of the points I have because of the way they have it setup. Located right off a newly renovated I-4, the Orange Ave dispensary is filled with knowledgeable staff. They take their time with their clients, and it's never a long wait even on busier days. With that said, they have a consistent line of flower that sells out quickly after they drop, so be quick to experiment with any of them. Nocturne, Blue Note, and Rider are hard to come by, and some of the best strains around town. I'm rating them 4/5 because their website could use some work. It's reliable though. What definitely takes a star off for me is the mechanism they use for their vape. They are the best value in terms of quality, but the chamber clogs because Fluent doesn't dilute their formula, from my understanding. I love this shop, and the people in it. For your first time there you get a free vape pen and 20% off. Take cash because they charge for using a card, and like an ATM you'll get cash back because they round the amount. Update: The name has changed from Knox to Fluent and they still seem so behind compared to their competitors. Staff and experience was a little questionable. As a newbie to medical marijuana, I stopped in here to ask for advice and make a purchase, since this dispensary is close to my home. The selection was very sparse; I'm not sure if they were waiting on a delivery or if that's status quo. The person who 'helped' me was very nice, but not very knowledgeable. When I asked questions they just pulled out a sheet of paper with the strains written on it with some basic descriptions. The prices seemed reasonable and there is a first time client discount. I imagine that if you are familiar with medical marijuana already, this dispensary will be just fine. If you're in need of advice and a better selection, this may not be your first choice. So, let me preface this by saying, that up until now I have had nothing but excellent customer service at fluent. However, today, I had the worst experience I've ever had out of any dispensary I've ever been to. What's worse? It was a manager. Take your business ELSEWHERE. Anyway, my last purchase at fluent was 3, 600mg carts, anyone who goes here knows they are about 80 bucks each. Ok, so, the first two carts I used were fine. I go to open up the third one, and it doesn't pull at all. I tried and tried and nothing. What happened was the oil was pulling out from the top but no smoke came out. It didn't work at all. I couldn't smoke it. So, I went and spoke to the manager today and he was so unprofessional and I was taken aback because it was like he called me a liar. Now he didn't actually call me a liar but the way he delivered the message was disrespectful to say the least. He said "here's what I'll do for you, I'll give you 40% off a new one but I can't exchange it because it looks like half of it has been used. Now, I will say this was fair because it really was almost halfway empty but that's because when I tried pulling it with my pen it pulled the oil from the top Bc I was trying so hard so I wouldn't be surprised if half of the oil did come out. Anyway; that's neither here nor there. Nevertheless, I was stunned, so I said I'm sorry but it's like you're calling me a liar... and he said well, I get a lot of people who pull this on me.... again, I was taken aback because how dare you.... I'm not "a lot of people", in fact, I've spent a lot of my hard earned money on fluent since April because I moved nearby. I had never been to a fluent before moving nearby, and so when I found it I was really excited because everyone was nice and they provided excellent service. So, you can see why much to my surprise I was taken back by his response to what "he will do for me". At first, I was like ok fine I'll do the 40% if that's all I can get but as he went to the back to get a replacement I thought to myself, why would I give them anymore money if they just threw away 80 dollars AND insulted me. So when he came back, I said you know what, nevermind, I'm okay. And he said ok well next time I'll give you 20% off. I said, you know what, don't worry about it because I won't be back. I walked away and I really will NEVER be going back. I'm sorry fluent but you just lost a customer for life. I am just absolutely insulted, feel disrespected, and cannot believe I was treated this way. I never post reviews because I'm not that type of person but I'm sorry, I just had to post a review on this because of how rude he was. Horrible customer service! Even though Knox might not have as large of a selection as other dispensaries I have found a couple of oils that I really like. I like the Elara for daytime and the Sagitta or Polaris for night time. I get their delivery service which is excellent. The folks who deliver are dependable and knowledgeable and can explain exactly how to work the vape pens. I would give them a five but I tried their "new" vape pen and it was a disaster, too many rules to follow with it and really couldn't make it work :( .
