They have a great selection of inventory at great prices and their customer service in this place is AMAZING. I have become a regular there and with that comes perks. Join their points program and for every $100 you spend; you get a $10 discount and it is NOT that you have to spend $100 in a visit; it is collectively. They also have great sales when you buy certain items and they are honest, upfront with their things and will make you feel like a part of their family. I completely recommend this shop if you like going to smoke shops. I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed. Until next time, Yelpers.

I have kept going here since the first incident (see past review of this location on my profile),…read morebut yet again I'm confused and frustrated. I went in last week to buy a cart and ended up buying 2. I noticed the price had increased and questioned the owner since he happens to be right there and he notified me that prices for ALL products are increasing. THEN, today, I went to go buy another cart and it was back down to its original price. The owner was in again and when I questioned him he told me that last week when I came in they were testing the new system and that the prices will be increasing soon, but not yet. When I questioned why I was charged more last week he then said "well technically they should be increased now but I'll give it to you for the lower price" like that was a gift??? Seriously?? So I got overcharged last week and now it's back down but it'll go up soon but it should be the higher price now? Make it make sense. If anyone has any information on a better smoke shop in the Orlando area please let me know as I am just about done with this place! I still go here because I just haven't been able to find any comparable carts anywhere else.

Stairway Smoke Shop in Altamonte Springs just recently opened off of State Road 434, and I was…read moreecstatic when I found out there was a new local store to try! Even better is that the store totally blew me out of the water and exceeded all of my expectations! I had grown accustomed to most of the other shops in my area inflating prices on most of their merchandise and not properly training their staff. It seemed like it was becoming a trend to ask for help in a smoke shop and get a blank stare for an answer. At Stairway, though, I talked to the owners at length, and I can honestly say that they are the most knowledgeable and helpful smoke shop employees that I have come across in quite some time! They have extensive experience and expertise in all of the merchandise they sell. They both were welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I was confident that I was in good hands almost immediately. On top of the amazing staff members, the wide selection of merchandise is not only high quality, it is also affordable! The prices are the best in the area. Because of my rapidly growing vape collection, it is becoming difficult to find a shop that has all of the coils that I need in stock. So when I discovered that Stairway literally had every single one, I couldn't believe it. This is definitely my new go-to smoke shop! Their merchandise includes a huge selection of brands and flavors of vape juices; brand new models of mods, tanks, and kits; a ton of cool slides, water pipes, and bubblers; useful tools and cleaning products that even I have never seen (and trust me: I feel like I have seen it all! ). I guarantee that Stairway has whatever smoke and vape products that you are looking for, and they them at the best prices around. So, what are you waiting for? Give this shop a try. I promise you will be back!

I've been coming here for nearly 2 years now and would much rather make the extra 10 minute drive to come here rather than the subpar shops by my house. They really stepped up to make sure their employees and patrons are safe during the pandemic. I also want to give a specific shout out to Avery (Hope I spelled this right, the cool guy with the long hair) He always helps me pick the best vape flavors but recently I decided to switch from disposable to full refillable vape and I'm very happy with the one he recommended. Believe it or not the brand name is VooPoo which cracks me up but it's great, requires very little maintenance and is perfect for a novice with these devices. I'll always come back here, keep up the great work Fam!

The guy working the FIRST time I went was more than willing to give us great deals- got better the more we bought. I have been to Black Moon countless times since then, and have made many purchases. I love that they have just about every flavor, brand, and mg of nicotine in their vape juice selection. It's one of the only stores that sells the exact juices that I regularly use. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They will provide you with excellent customer service and are all very knowledgeable about the inventory that they sell. Although they did away with the rewards program as many of the vape shops have been forced to do, you can still get a deal here. The more you go, the more you buy, the better the deals the staff may offer. While the store is small, don't be fooled by it's size. He changed the flow of my day into a warmer direction with his charm. I glanced around the store and it was like an art gallery or a jewelry showroom with an urban feel.
