Recently, they have modified some of their compounds including strain-specific terpenes, but after purchasing, it still tastes like a GMO D8 cartridge, which is not what I expect from a licensed medical dispensary. They are new to the Florida market, so maybe just some kinks to overcome, but I'll give it some time before returning. Though I love their hospitality, clean and safe products are by far my top priority since it is a legitimate medical item. ________________________ Original: I've gone through 3 different dispensaries since getting my card and this one has been the only one of the 3 that I felt the delivery process was quick, efficient, but also thorough. Kylee was my delivery-person and she was SO NICE! Quick and arrived right at the estimated timeframe. There was a delay to the originally estimated time, but the California office called me and apologized (though it didn't really bother me honestly). Text updates 30min out and at arrival--just perfect. I 100% recommend this dispensary and can't wait for the I-Drive location to open soon!

As a long time cannabis patient. I have tried many of the dispensaries in town. When Surterra…read more opened up close to me, I started going to the COLONIAL dispensary. I have gone there ever since they opened up and every single one of the staff is absolutely amazing. Never had a problem, always smiles and great product. About a month ago, I realized that my prescription had not been renewed and called my doctor. He gave me more points and I proceeded to Surterra to fill my prescription. They had a wonderful sale going on, so I thought I would stock up once and not returned for another three weeks. I had a new young lady behind the counter that pulled out the product and then proceeded to tell me that I had completely run out of points and she could not dispense the full amount. !! This had never happened to me, especially since I just renewed my prescription. !!! I bought the flower that she would sell me, and I came home and went into an absolute anxiety attack , since I count on this medication for serious pain and anxiety and insomnia. During this week of 420, I went back to get some concentrate and was helped by Rey. He had helped me before, he really really really knows his product and is one of the kindest people when dealing with patients. I mentioned something about not being able to buy flower. and could he please look up in the government website when I could buy some more. He turned around and told me you have plenty. I can dispense some more right now! I was in shock after suffering for a week thinking I could not get any more flower. It seems the young girl that was dispensing made a complete mistake . She was not kind. She was not sweet. She was not helpful. Again I think management needs to take a look at this young lady and make sure that they're training her properly so that she knows how to read the prescriptions. On the other hand, Rey explained everything very carefully to me and spent a good 10 minutes going over products and the government amounts, since I don't understand that part. Kudos Rey you're one of Suurterras top bud tenders. Thank you!!

I was so happy to find a place that would evaluate me as well as handled everything else. When my 7 month recertification came around, they text me to remind me that it was coming up and offered to help me schedule my appointment. Even after telling them I was considering looking for another doctor to save some money since it's the holiday time, they understood and said they were there should I decide to change my mind. Well after trying to schedule a few appointments with other facilities, it became clear the best route was to stick with these guys and wasn't worth jumping through hoops to save $50-$75. They kept it easy, as well as stress free, and even ended up giving me $20 for holiday special anyway, so it all worked out. Also, recently wanted to change my route allotments and they made that process a breeze as well, just super helpful the whole way. I have my medicine, and no matter what questions I have, these people are always willing to help. Thanks Cannabis Consultants!
