Too pushy when trying to sell items to where I would agree just to get them to leave me alone AND THEN the screen protector they sold me cracked in only FIVE days. I was very adamant on the fact that I did not want a screen protector as I just get them in bulk from Amazon since I go through them so fast. To which the employee's argument was their $40 protector will not crack like the cheaper Amazon ones, and if it does no problem theirs are under warranty. After the $40 screen protector cracked in less than a week, I went in to get it replaced and they said okay yea it is under warranty so when you buy another one, you get the next one 50% off. LIKE why didn't you explain the details of the warranty before I purchased. "Under warranty" i'm assuming you're replacing for free next time. After being sold my phone where they failed to mention all the additional charges getting added to my account, I decided not to go into that store anymore. If I have any questions or needs for Verizon I call the location in Melbourne and speak to Nick Yates. He is FANTASTIC. Told me in detail all the charges that come with a new device and more. And guess what I still ended up buying additional items BUT I knew EXACTLY how much they cost and what my bill was going to look like going forward. I has zero questions after and guess what, when my bill came the next month it was EXACTLY how much Nick told me. I understand people working on commissions or sales but to not fully disclose the amount of money I would be charged is ridiculous. DO NOT go to this store. I recommend calling the Melbourne location and asking specifically for Nick Yates if you want an actual honest, caring employee to help you purchase these very expensive devices

The store is bright and they have a decent selection with different price points. Again, they have a decent selection and as far as the service goes, I have been with T-Mobile for decades and have been overall pleased. It is almost time for a new phone, so I was checking out the various models. I saw a few that I liked. I will give here four stars.

This place was set up like the apple store that has a tv of your name and what order you will be called. There are also tables you can sit and charge your phone at while waiting. To say the least I was impressed by our comforting wait. I was help by Luis who went over many options for us which included changing my plan. I never even listed to the sales guy trying to sell me on a plan that got rid of my unlimited data but given the circumstances with my phone bill (large calling minutes, hot spot device, and paying an insane amount a month etc) he made me understand why I would be saving over $150 a month on my bill and would benefit from switching. Luis was so ridiculously patient as I had to call and explain these changes to my sister than mother (since they are also on my plan and it would affect them) All in all I had a great experience there and felt bad for making Luis wait for our decision but he was so pleasant about it. Only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because he estimated that the phone would ship to my house in a week and I got an email later that night saying it would be a month which is kind of a bummer but I'm not that mad about it, iPhone 6 pluses are a hot commodity these days.

Not so at this location. We were helped by a guy named Ben (his name tag says Ben10, reminding me of just how old I am), and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. He answered all of our questions, and every additional product or service he offered us made sense according to our needs, not his agenda. This like having a bank account with money in it and the bank freezes your account for not writing any check! really? They want more money. They have been calling me on regular basis over the years trying to sell me one deal or another, calling from different number each time.
