This particular T-Mobile location is in the Waterford Lakes Town Center so expect it to be a busy store. Service was friendly enough, though definitely sales-driven. The store is bright and they have a decent selection with different price points. Again, they have a decent selection and as far as the service goes, I have been with T-Mobile for decades and have been overall pleased. It is almost time for a new phone, so I was checking out the various models. I saw a few that I liked. I will give here four stars. read more

Last week we came and upgraded 2 phones to Samsung Galaxy Ultra and S22+. L. was our sales rep. She was great. She recommended us to consider switching the Internet service to T-mobile for both our home and business. We liked it. We made an appointment to return in a few days to see her. At before 7:30 last night, we arrived for our appointment. She was with another customer, so we signed in and waited. And waited. And waited. At 8:30, we decided to go home. Why made us an appointment at 7:30 and let us wait for an hour. Many walk-ins were taken care of ahead of us. I migjt have to buy the services somewhere else. read more

The store is clean, the product is in demand, so what could be wrong? You guessed it, the employees don't want to work. I walked into 3 employees noting doing anything but talking to each other. When I was finally given attention my questions were answered be fore I asked, as in the employee just told me to call customer service for everything. Not any attention to detail or probing to understand my concern, meanwhile the other two employees sat and watched. Enough that when the conversation begged it, I asked them why are they even there? The employee that was primarily speaking to me responded, "Just chilling, you know" so I gave him a fist bump and walked away. Save yourself some money and buy your iPhone directly from the Apple store! I wanted to see the breakdown of my payment before I paid but the guy said to sign first. After I had signed and left I saw my receipt that they charged $20 for an upgrade support charge and then the iPhone 128 GB was $880. Apple would not charge you the upgrade charge and would be $30 cheaper. I feel like I got cheated on. Never buying a phone from T-Mobile again! Could've saved $50. read more

Went to this T-Mobile because I needed to switch my IPhone XS Max to my new 13 pro max. It was the worst experience I have had at a retail store in many years. Cesar the sales person, has the worst attitude. He decided to twirl my new phone like a baton and hit it on the table. When I told him to be careful he states "oh it's fine these tables are meant for that". Well Cesar the table may not break but my phone is fragile. Then he went on to tell me that I couldn't switch my phone lines because my APPLE CARE PLUS, purchased through Apple store, covered the phone number not the device. While I knew that he was incorrect I went ahead and left .I spent 1 hour 46 minutes and he did not resolve my issue. When I went the next day to Apple, sure enough Apple Care covers the device Not the phone number. Perhaps if Cesar went to the employee training meetings he would be a resourceful employee, however he does not attend these meetings and he advises other sales associates to not attend either. I had to return to T-Mobile the following day and when I told him he was wrong sure enough, his arrogance took over. He brushed me off with a "oh it's no problem its only 5 minutes. No Cesar, it's not only 5 minutes more like 45 minutes plus the traffic. Customer service is not his forte and he should not continue to work with the public until properly trained with not only customer service skills but also product and service knowledge. People if you want service with knowledge do not have Cesar help you while at this T-Mobile. read more

The manager, "Beauty", is not only rude, but will also waste 2.5 hours of your life because she doesn't know her own company's policies. I don't have an issue with T-Mobile company themselves or their service but this location is awful. Every time we have come here, whether on a random day in the morning or evening, it is always busy. They have this system where they write your name on a clipboard. We came this evening at 6 PM and the same woman who is assigned to write the names down had written my husband's name. We sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes and noticed two people receive help before us (and they arrived after us). When my husband asked what the delay was, the woman replied "oh sorry, I thought you were gone." We were sitting in the waiting area the entire time and they did not call my husband's name once. This is not rocket science. Word of advice: have an intercom system or actually call out the customers name before assuming they are gone. read more

T Mobile's customer service at the corporate level is excellent. After experiencing issues with a device I placed a call to T-Mobile at the customer Service number and the nearest T-Mobile store in Waterford Lakes I merged the calls the agent at corporate level insisted T-Mobile has technicians at locations present in store but the store Manager Allie insisted that was not correct and that technicians no longer exist at any T-Mobile stores. While at the corporate level on the phone that agent did her best to help rectify the situation the Manager Allie at the store was short , not knowledge or in adherence with the agent on the phone all while I'm on the line. As a store in a prominent area this manager misrepresented T-Mobile as a company or is it basic miscommunication between stores and company or Training store employees. In conclusion Allie the store manager did not seem to care at all about how this looked for the company as far as customer service or myself as a customer then goes and underminded the agent at the corporate level. What happens then to the customers trust in the company? read more

It's a small store but has everything that you could possibly need. Make sure you go early or when there are lots of sales associates working or you could be sitting there for a while which gets old very fast. Sure there are tons of phones there to play with but face it, you're only really interested in and only really care about the iPhone or one of the galaxy phones. Most people are jumping on the t-mobile bandwagon now because there are no contracts, they have all the good phones with the jump option, and the rates are cheaper than Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T. Service is going to depend where you go but living in Orlando I have had a full signal everywhere I go WITH 4G LTE. If I ever go back to visit home in Massachusetts, things may be a little different out in the burbs. Anyhow, I gave this location 3 stars only because they somehow messed up my account when I signed up. While my service agreement says I have jump - tmobile's program which allows you to upgrade to a new phone after you've paid at least half of the retail value of the phone, it was somehow mysteriously removed. When speaking with Andre, the sales associate who was super helpful, he said the only way to take this off of a service agreement is to contact t-mobile directly by telephone. You can't do it online or in store and it could not be reactivated for some reason even by a sales associate. Guess I'm SOL for that program but thankfully Andre was straight with me and told me I would get more money for my phone selling it on eBay, which I plan on doing - since the galaxy isn't for me. I will still go back to this location when I get my iPhone. read more

I have had nothing but stellar experiences at this store. I just added a 3rd line to my account and wanted to express thanks to Mayra for exceeding my expectations. What may be a small simple request to the company was a big deal for me. Mayra took the initiative to extend her help and resolve my concern. Previous two times have been a very smooth and painless process as well. I've never had to wait long to be greeted and seen by one of their employees to handle my requests. Overall, this store does an excellent job off taking care of my reasons for going into the store and they do not try any strong arm sales practices that other retailers might push to earn their commission. Eric was the first person to welcome me and he was extremely helpful! I had a problem where my dad broke his android phone and the screen was completely black, but the phone still worked... he needed all his contacts because he got a new IPhone. All other T-Mobile's I spoke with said it's impossible to retrieve all his contacts, but Eric got me all the contacts! He went to the back and got his spare phone and inserted the SIM card into his spare phone and all his contacts popped up. Then he emailed the contacts to my email and now my dad is super happy! So I went into the store today to do some troubleshooting on my phone because I noticed that it was going extremely slow when downloading apps. The first person I spoke to was Jose M and was flat out told that my phone is perfectly fine it's not going slow without even pulling up my account to see if my data was capped off or anything. I was a little upset and explain to him that I've had my phone since the day it came out and I know when my phone is running slow. He then connected the phone to Wi-Fi and re-downloading an app of course it went super fast and he explained to me again the phone was perfectly fine. Luckily I caught onto what he was doing and told him that I should be able to download apps off of Wi-Fi perfectly fine. I can tell that he was very frustrated when he figured out I knew he had connected to wifi, which I couldn't understand why because the store was not busy at all. Moments later the retail associate manager Monty bell walked up and I explain to him what my issue was he quickly pulled up my account to check to see if my data was capped off, what plan I was on and actually did troubleshooting into the issue instead of telling the customer that I was wrong. He actually took the time to go into my account and research what was going on. I'm not entirely sure what he did however something was done on the computer and now my phone is running much faster he also told me that the area of which I was in was very congested and that all phone service in that area would be slow. He then suggested that when I get to the area I live in to run a speed test on my phone to see exactly what my downloading speed's were. Which is it extremely helpful. All in all Jose M really needs to be properly trained on how to deal with customers and how to resolve issues and how not tell a customer right off the bat they are wrong without any investigation into the issue. I didn't drive all the way to T-Mobile for someone to flat tell me my phone is perfectly fine and that I'm wrong. The very least you can do is sign into my account and actually do some real trouble shooting. Thank you Monty bell for your excellent customer service and investigating into the issue that I had and resolving it and also providing me with some great resources to see the speeds my phone is getting at any given time. That is true customer service. -UPDATE- A few moments after I left the store I got a call from Ben which is another manager of that store and I explain to him exactly what it happened and he apologized and he gave my account a $30 credit to resolve the issue. That was very kind of him but one thing to always remember, you never get a second chance at a first impression and clearly if the associate is that on the floor dealing with customers you have given them all the training that you think is necessary to provide excellent customer service which clearly this was a huge fail. He needs to be retrained and informed on the proper guidelines and policies to provide upmost customer service to every customer that walks through that door. read more

I told David that I have come in to get help with transferring about 12 pictures from my old phone to my new phone that T-Mobile has sent me and that I spoke with Jason the day before and that Jason said that would be easy to do just come on in.After telling David this he kept asking me over and over if I would like a free tablet. He also kept looking at his watch. So I asked him do you make commission and he said "A little bit "He never transferred the pictures and sent me home to do it on my computer. I paid for the phone and now I cant get it activated because it is locked. Absolutely absurd. I never had issues with AT&T. find this to be completely unprofessional.
