I had already ordered an Interactive Counterbalance Laptop Mount which helped provide more desk space, transformed my laptop into a dual monitor system, and enhanced overall ergonomics. However, I was missing a wireless/Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo. I currently use a Logitech MK270 keyboard/mouse combo ($24.99 at Office Depot) for work, but after four years of solid use, it is on its last leg. I was looking for something with Bluetooth capability so that I could connect it to multiple devices such as my laptop, cell phone, and Roku. After hours of searching for an in-stock item at the best price, I found a Logitech MK850 wireless/Bluetooth keyboard and mouse at Office Depot in Lake Mary for $79.99. The only issue was that the keyboard/mouse combo was not in-stock. However, after speaking with a representative at the store, I was informed that by placing my order with her over the phone I would receive my new MK850 in one business day. I had the option of picking the item up in-store, curbside, or shipped free to my home. Wow, I was not expecting such great service seeing the trouble it took me to find something that would work for my application. I decided to place my order with the representative over the phone and chose the home delivery option. I placed the order on Sunday morning and my package arrived Tuesday afternoon. My item arrived in mint condition with no shipping damage and Office Depot kept me in the loop with real-time tracking updates. I am impressed with Office Depot's speed of delivery. Additionally, I am glad to see that Office Depot can compete with Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart when it comes to quality, service, and price. The MK850 Keyboard and M720 Triathlon Multi-Device Mouse Combo are what I would consider a premium complement to my existing setup. There are more features than most people need and I do not want to bore you with all the specifications. In my opinion, the main highlights for the keyboard and mouse are: Select buttons are customizable; The white buttons with LED indicators can be synchronized to three separate devices via Bluetooth which allows the user to take control of those devices at any given time; The keyboard has a built-in wrist pad with scooped keys and its concave layout makes it comfortable for all-day typing; Finally the mouse has a left-hand or right-hand option, the roller wheel is on a ball bearing which allows the user to scroll very quickly through pages, and the wheel acts as a button which can be pressed or toggled left and right allowing gesture control over smartphones and smart pads. It is amazing what Logitech has been able to do with Bluetooth technology and these are just a few of the features this product provides. For $79.99, I feel that I received two quality made products that have the look and feel to last through years of heavy use. I have made several important purchases from this Office Depot in the past and so far, their products have never let me down. I purchased a Dell monitor and Acer Laptop a few years back and they are still going strong today. I will continue using Office Depot for future office-related purchases and hope this store continued success for many years to come.

I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I believe her name was Madeline (she was in…read moretraining), was helping me. She was so kind and did an amazing job describing my options. While speaking a man with roller shoes "skated" over. Not very pleasant, more like cocky. He said he was a manager and his name was Tom. I made it clear I did not want to change my plan. I WAS grandfathered into the military one plan and Tom told me since I was grandfathered into the plan it wouldn't change. He also told me I'd get Apple TV for as long as I had a plan with T-Mobile, which I later found out was another lie. Tom told me it would take a while to transfer my items from my old phone to the new one if I wanted to walk around the mall. I left Tom with my phone, phone case and screen protector. When I came to pick up the phone, I asked where my screen protector was. Tom told me he threw it away because it wouldn't fit my phone and was broken. I've had that Zagg screen protector which cost me $60 for 2 years and while it had scratches it still protected my phone screen which was in perfect condition. I was saving it to put on another one of my phones. I saw Madeline go up to him, I'm assuming to talk to him about it, but I heard him say "NO". So I'm out a 60 screen protector which has a lifetime warranty because of a bad decision Tom made. So I get my bill and see my plan charge went from $55 a month to $75, and no this does not include my new phone which is on a separate line under equipment charges. So Tom changed my plan WITHOUT my permission and threw away my lifetime screen protector. I called T-Mobile after realizing this and to say the two representatives I spoke with were appalled that a manager would change my plan without permission is an understatement. The representatives were both so kind and fixed the situation for me. I HIGHLY suggest not going to this store unless you want to get scammed.

Actually coming to the store to handle actual mobile activation. Need to re check training and customer service. This was a major inconvenience and unacceptable. RSM Aleem khan didn't even offer us water upon entry to the store but did offer it to the other customers. I will ensure this is taken care of at higher level through any chain needed.
