They took five hours to put the items together and then when they found the broken desk they were trying to convince me to leave it in my office until the new one came. I wanted to cancel and get a refund and was told by Donovan and Matt that they would work with me and get me a desk right away. This has been delayed over and over. I was supposed to get the desk yesterday (December 26) and was told that it would be today December 27. Now I am being told Matt and Donovan are both on vacation. What a joke. After hours of searching for an in-stock item at the best price, I found a Logitech MK850 wireless/Bluetooth keyboard and mouse at Office Depot in Lake Mary for $79.99. The only issue was that the keyboard/mouse combo was not in-stock. However, after speaking with a representative at the store, I was informed that by placing my order with her over the phone I would receive my new MK850 in one business day. I had the option of picking the item up in-store, curbside, or shipped free to my home. Wow, I was not expecting such great service seeing the trouble it took me to find something that would work for my application. I decided to place my order with the representative over the phone and chose the home delivery option. I placed the order on Sunday morning and my package arrived Tuesday afternoon. My item arrived in mint condition with no shipping damage and Office Depot kept me in the loop with real-time tracking updates. I am impressed with Office Depot's speed of delivery. Additionally, I am glad to see that Office Depot can compete with Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart when it comes to quality, service, and price. The MK850 Keyboard and M720 Triathlon Multi-Device Mouse Combo are what I would consider a premium complement to my existing setup. There are more features than most people need and I do not want to bore you with all the specifications. In my opinion, the main highlights for the keyboard and mouse are: Select buttons are customizable; The white buttons with LED indicators can be synchronized to three separate devices via Bluetooth which allows the user to take control of those devices at any given time; The keyboard has a built-in wrist pad with scooped keys and its concave layout makes it comfortable for all-day typing; Finally the mouse has a left-hand or right-hand option, the roller wheel is on a ball bearing which allows the user to scroll very quickly through pages, and the wheel acts as a button which can be pressed or toggled left and right allowing gesture control over smartphones and smart pads. It is amazing what Logitech has been able to do with Bluetooth technology and these are just a few of the features this product provides. For $79.99, I feel that I received two quality made products that have the look and feel to last through years of heavy use. I have made several important purchases from this Office Depot in the past and so far, their products have never let me down.
