Lumber Liquidators is phase 2 (Phase 3: ???) (Phase 4: Profit) So, I drove out to Sanford with a slat of the remaining laminate to see if L.L. might have a match. Something I could use to replace the damaged section. Upon inspection they told me that my product was close to 10 years old--so no... No they didn't. However, they did have several newer models that were similar in color and design and gave me the lowdown on what I could do instead. After walking me through a few options I chose what was in my best interest...250 square feet of the lovely Auburn Walnut laminate. One week later it was in. When I went back out to pick it up, once again I was met with a staff that was on point. All very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent guest service through and through. Paid my bill, drove around back to their loading dock and got all the new gear, no sweat. Flood damage might be the worst thing that can happen to ones home (with the exception of fire or annihilation by Death Star) so I'd only wish that kinda devastation on the most heinous of my enemies. If that happens to be you (you know who you are) know this...Lumber Liquidators will take good care of you and your new floor

We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism. You can guess how the rest went so I will spare you the details. We gave Nelson's team a very short deadline yet they met it and the work is SPECTACULAR! we couldn't be happier. Now, that's not to say there weren't hiccups. However, Nelson immediately took the proper steps needed to resolve any issues that arose. Even more so, he was always polite, caring and honest. Those qualities are far more important to me than the bottom price (which was among the lowest we were quoted as well). I will DEFINITELY be hiring Nelson and his team for future projects.
