We recently moved and cannot even reliably make a phone call at our new location. Data plan - forget it, zero bandwidth. So after 23 years we decide to try another provider to see if we get better service. In an emergency, if internet goes down (wi-fi calling only here) then we have no contact with the world. So T-mobile was very nice on the phone when cancelling. They told me the final bill would not be pro-rated, which sucks, but okay. Today I get the bill and they charged me $75 for the same bill I have been paying $50. I can only assume they pulled all promo rates and billed at the max, but still can't figure out how they got a $60 plan to $75. There was a good chance we would have gone back to T-Mobile after our trial with another carrier. That ship has now sailed. T-Mobile is getting bad. I was offered a new phone for a price I said ok, but I just had a funny feeling about the phone call so I call to check my account it was all wrong. I've been with them for 24years and this is how they treat they loyal customers. im very upset because customers service offer one thing but when you get your bill is different, so I told the second agent to cancel the order and I willl be canc my service and she didn't care. Now I have to wait for them to refund my money. have been a T-Mobile customer for 28 years. On 08/07/2025, I called to cancel my account and requested that all of my lines be closed. However, T-Mobile only cancelled my main cell phone number and continued billing me for two additional lines, even though I am already paying for those same services through Spectrum. I spent three hours on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this issue. I was told that I should have cancelled each line separately, even though I specifically asked the representative on 08/07/2025 to cancel all lines. At that time, I also paid the balance owed on my iPod line. Despite this, I was informed yesterday that the two remaining lines are still active and will only be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, which is why T-Mobile continues to charge me. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and financial burden. I am requesting that T-Mobile immediately cancel the remaining lines and stop billing me for services I did not authorize. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, Florida, and encouraging friends and family to reconsider their service with T-Mobile. read more

Good luck getting service here. I arrived and there was a couple customers with associates being assisted. I was welcomed by the associate, and then asked if I'd like to wait. I was directed to a seating area. No problem. I patiently waited, only to the very same person who has asked me to wait start working with an individual who came in after I did. If you can't keep track of one person in your waiting area, what kind of customer service should I expect from t-mobile ? If I could, I would give T-Mobile ZERO starts! I left them approximately 3 months ago to go to Spectrum (save a lot of money/same cell service). When I received my final bill, it was for $3.00 but when paying they accept no less then $5.00 in billing so I paid it thinking they would be sending me a check for $2.00. WRONG! I continually get a monthly bill showing -$2.00. Today, I decided to call and ask when were they going to send me a check. The customer no-service representative wanted my 6 digit password. I explained that I have been gone several months and do not remember. I could not get a refund without verifying my password. I then asked to speak to a manager and she abruptly said that they would say the same. I was then informed that I would have to go to a T-Mobile store to try to get my refund. Yeah, right, spend $2.00 in gas to get my $2.00. SEND ME A CHECK!!! Looks like I will continue to receive bills every month saying that my balance is -$2.00. When I drove up to this store, I had been on the road for 48 hours trying to escape Fort Lauderdale due to an abusive and psychotic roommate situation that became dangerous. He had smashed my iPhone attempting to keep me from getting away. I explained this to the store clerk who was more than eager to exchange my phone for a new one. Which I thought was so kind. Until I checked my bill and went to a local T-Mobile store here in Alpharetta. Not only was my bill super high because apparently he had ADDED ANOTHER LINE which I was unaware of. To make matters worse one of the clerks at in Florida at a T-Mobile store or Apple Store took my other smashed phone and ordered themselves another phone on my original line. I had been to 3 apple stores and 2 other T-Mobile stores during my 2 day nightmare Can you imagine running for your life with no GPS, no contacts and no way to get in touch with anyone only to be done this way by your phone carrier after probably 10 years of being a loyal customer? I have never been so upset. It amazes me that anyone could do that especially to someone in a very bad situation. You all are crooks and now I have to pay for your second line. i can't understand how T-Mobile can allow their employees to act this way. I am so disgusted. read more
