Not so at this location. We were helped by a guy named Ben (his name tag says Ben10, reminding me of just how old I am), and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. He answered all of our questions, and every additional product or service he offered us made sense according to our needs, not his agenda. I was pleasantly surprised to learn this location offers a punch card. Pay your bill or make purchases, and eventually you earn a store credit. **NOTE** Paying your bill in person includes a $3 additional charge. I'll keep paying my bill online.

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

I again to make sure the information and what type of truck and lift gate needed. Driver shows up just before 3pm with a truck that is smaller then needed and with a lift gate smaller and unable to handle the move. Their driver was extremely nice guy. He tired to call his manager who could be heard over the phone bothered that we was called. Worst of all refused to speak with us or rectify the situation. Said we can wait till Monday to speak with the estimate rep. 1st class moving failed and Could not deliver. Cost my business time and money.
